He almost snorted a laugh, but managed to hold it in. Such a nervous little pup; it was cute in a pathetic sort of way. In Deacon's self-centered mind, he concluded that she was flustered because of him. While it might not have been entirely untrue, it was... Well... Not because she was taken by him.
More like terrified of him.
And yet, he crouched down again to gather her papers and this time tried to make an effort to shuffle them around in a way that they would more easily be grasped so as to not be dropped again. When he stood, he held them out in one hand with his other fist upon his hip.
He smirked, his head tilting as his tail gave a thoughtful flick.
"I think you need to get a bag, Darlin'."

Everything collected that Deacon did not possess, Mitsu stood to her feet completely embarrassed. Nervously her hand reached out and she took the papers the boil offered her tucking them away in her arms a bit more securely.
"Y..yeah a bag would probably be a good idea." Mitsu nodded sheepishly. There was an awkward moment of silence as her eyes darted here and there behind her mask. "I...I uhh, better get going. Got to study." She tried to lift her arms a little to indicate the books in her hands but didn't want to move enough to drop them again.
"I-I'll...umm...see you around," Whether that was an invitation to meet up again was undecided. Mitsu had quickly turned and started to walk toward her dorm. The further she got the more she shuffled her feet to pick up speed not wanting to linger.
