Why was Istas exchanging formalities like that, they had already met. Ridley gave her a rather odd expression as she returned the greeting, "uh.. nice to meet you too." Though, more importantly, "You named .. your bear?" People her age still did that? Did this mean she had to name her cat doll? Or did it already have one and she didn't know it or something?
Ridley was confused and it melted a little to sadness, remembering the first time she was awakened. "I just hope they wouldn't be all upset by seeing her like my mom did. Though, I don't think my mom really saw *********. She saw me as a senshi though ... but didn't seem to know me ... but ********* was there." Frankly, she hadn't asked her mom seeing how freaked out she was.
There was a frown for a moment as she reached out for more of the packaged sweets, her little hands began working on the wrappers some more to open them for the little cat. She saved one for herself though. "But yeah, ********* came and found me and gave me my pen! Sailor Iris was there too, she's totally neat and has wings on her back and stuff." Finally the smiles were coming back.

The moment Ridley decided to start opening more packets for *********, the little manx was already twining herself about the child's ankles gratefully. This girl definitely knew how to spoil a little kitty rotten. Something ********* wasn't about to argue against.
"The Negaverse has done an excellent job of creating a scare against the senshi in the media," she mentioned casually before shoving her face into one of those mini cupcakes. She didn't say anything more as she worked on reducing this treat into a pile of mush being chewed on in her mouth. Once this task had been completed, she then added another two cents.
"No matter what anybody says, the senshi are not terrorists. However, most people are not familiar with the Negaverse, so it is hard to argue against the labels given." She didn't sound angry in all honesty, she was just stating things in her usual pleasant tone. It was time to work on the next mini cupcake!

Istas chuckled when Ridley seemed confused, "Sorry mamma always taught me to be polite when meeting someone new, even if we know each other I guess it's sort of a bad habit huh?"
She paused pondering how to answer that, "Well... yeah I did. He's my sidekick sorta, so I wanted to give him a name." There was a small pause, "He grows, and is part of my... uh... magic?" She looked at ********* to make sure that was right. "I mean Batman wouldn't have a sidekick without a name, it's why he has Robin right? Or what about Sponge Bob and Patrick?" She paused, did that really count? "Ohhh or what about Blue and Steve! I mean maybe I shouldn't've but iunno it just felt right...."
She paused listening to Ridley talk about getting her pen and sailor Iris showing up. Helping un-wrap some sweets pausing to steal one of the two Swiss rolls for herself. "Ohh! ********* helped me fight a dragon... dinosaur thing... she lazered him with the star on her forehead; when I first got my pen."
The child was silent when ********* talked about the senshi weren't terrorist. She nodded softly, "I know, adults just don't understand. They don't understand a lot of things sometimes. Maybe that's why being a kid is good, you see things others can't. Right Ridley?" The lilac haired child flashed a smile towards her friend.

Ridley took a nice big bite out of her zebra cake as she began wondering about her little cat plush again. With a little bit of the sweet still in her mouth, she turned to *********. "Is my cat part of my magic too?" Hearing how HugBell used hers, she was curious to know. "It seems pretty useless even though its cute, but all I've done with it is throw it," she explained to the pair but mostly Istas.
It was that and Istas' account of taking down a monster that made her a little jealous. It wasn't clear on her face, but a little in her tone. "Really? Iris beat up the monster by the time I transformed so I haven't gotten to fight anything yet." She broke off some of the white and black cake and popped it into her mouth. "I haven't been in a proper fight yet." Well, she hadn't transformed since that day but... regardless.
Ridley simply nodded with a small 'yeah,' to Istas' next subject. Her mind was a little elsewhere now. On plush dolls and fighting things.

After finishing off 5 of those miniature cupcakes which were meant to be people-sized bites the cat finally flopped down contently.
"Oh yeah... that hit the spot!" It would seem that the feline had filled herself up. Of course, there was still a lot of food around her, but she needed a momentary break.
It was interesting to hear the theories on the plush animals the chibi senshi had, but it was one of those mysteries that ********* herself didn't even understand. "I apologize Ridley... but I actually don't know... I do not decide what the fuku looks like, nor do I decide what else shows up when you transform. It is a mystery."

Istas chuckled, "Well throwing things can be useful too." She added with a small nod. "Maybe we'll find out later if your cat can help in anyway. If he can't we'll just find him a little cape and a mask and he can be your sidekick." She giggled slightly amused at that idea.
"Oh? Well we'll find you something to fight. I'd be happy to help anyway I can." Hug-bell added with a smile, "I try not to fight things bigger than me because I can't always take them alone so someone like Iris is good to have. But the weaker ones are okay. I accidentally landed on one once and squashed it to dust."
She paused at ********* having said something about being full. "Should I put some of the unwrapped ones back in my bag for later? That way they don't go to waste and you don't get a tummy ache?" She was looking at the little cat with concern. They should probably go soon too, less the counselors start looking for them.

True, Ridley wasn't much into the whole make believe with stuffed animals. But when one used magic now, had a cat magically appear and someone had an interesting idea - who also used magic and had a magical bear - for said stuffed cat. Honestly, Ridley... kind of liked the idea and a silly whimsical smile grew on her face the more she thought about it. "That... could be kind of awesome..." A cape she could totally deal with, it fit with Istas' earlier comparison and didn't seem overly girly either.
She also couldn't blame ********* for not knowing what would happen with the cat as she got more powerful. Honestly, with how Istas put it, Ridley could be happy either way. It would find a use or she could, she could live with that.
And she was even getting offered help, "that would be awesome too!" Ridley perked up at that, "do you go out often? Big or little it doesn't really matter to me." Even though she wanted to fight big things since fighting big things would be cool. But, with her powers... little things would probably be better to start with.
Turning back to *********, Ridley quirked a brow. "She can get full? wow...."

********* couldn't help but chuckle at Ridley's comment. "Why yes... last I checked, I am allowed to get full, silly!" She then addressed Istas' question.
"Yes... I think it would be best to not waste the food if we can avoid it. Though, having all that opened food might attract wild animals that are not round fluffy kitties, like myself!"
Rather than actually get up from where she was laying, the cat instead rolled herself over as if she was a dog, but then kept rolling. Apparently ********* was feeling very full to the point where she wasn't about to risk walking. "I'll be fine in about a half hour probably! You girls, be good!" With that, the cat rolled and rolled and rolled some more until she had managed to find some shelter in a nearby bush.

Istas giggled "Of course it could be awesome." She said with a nod. "It raises the awesome factor of already being a super hero."
She nodded, "I go out often enough, sometimes I get into bigger trouble than I really should..." She paused looking at *********, the cat knew that however she was now rolling off, she looked like one of those toys, only without a tail.
"Little'd probably be best to start out with unless we get a really weak, dumb and slow big one." She chuckled. "I think most of them have weaknesses we just have to find them."
She nodded, "Yeah it takes a bit." The child started packing up snack foods that remained unwrapped, and shoved them into her bag. She also pulled out zip lock baggies. "Don't worry *********, I always come prepared!"
She chuckled, as she worked on putting most of the un-wrapped stuff into the baggies. She left room for Ridley to help and offered bags so that the other could have some already open stuff too. "We can leave a few out for a snack later I think."

Ridley couldn't say no to raising the awesome power, not at all, and she agreed with an enthusiastic nod. Which carried on further with the progress of the conversation, well not as amped with happiness as Istas explained a few things but at least happily enough to express she was listening.
"Hopefully it won't be too hard to get out when I manage it," she didn't like the idea of getting into trouble as much as the next person. Sure, sometimes it was thrilling but not for something like this where she had a duty and all.
Either way, she took a few of the offered bags and began helping Istas clean up the untouched food. "Maybe just a few so we don't get the camp over run with other animals... though I don't think that would be such a bad thing really." She giggled, placing a few of her bagged foods into her backpack.
"Though, we should probably hurry so we can head back." There were a lot of exciting things to do after all.
