Character Concept: Strangle believes she is special (all one has to do is look at her tail to see that). It's a hassle being so special and she takes it upon herself to make sure everyone knows the truth (according to her) which makes for a very blunt doe. It doesn't help that she's forceful to the point of strangling the personality out of those around her--she's the special one therefore it's far more important that she shine. She knows what's best after all. One might expect that she'd sit back, give orders, and act like the first born kimeti. Except that would be dull. Strangle much rather prefers doing things herself, especially if it proves a challenge. She loves challenges and the word "no" has no meaning to her. One would have much better luck agreeing with what she wants and hoping something else catches her eye soon after than getting her to give up.
Dating Advice: Subtle is not in this girl's dictionary and once she set eyes on a male that interested her, she'd make sure they knew it. Character Concept: Silence will often spend hours, maybe even in days, in quiet contemplation of things, not saying a word to any on what she thinks of the situation. She will keep her thoughts to herself, until she feels she has something of value or import to say. Usually, it is unexpected but an attempt at being helpful.
This makes it hard to get to know her, and so she has no real skill at making friends. If she gains friends, it will mostly be those who have gained a piece of profound advice at the right moment, and realized how useful it was.
Dating Advice: After spending time enough with the buck in question to decide she found the male attractive, she would then spend some more time, finding out what he liked, what he found interesting. It's like she can't help it, this compulsion deep inside that drives her, filling her dreaming and waking hours, an obsession rooted deep in her naming dream. Perhaps someday she can find that figure she saw deep in the fog of her dreaming, breathing secrets and answers to the mysteries of life, answers that rest now deep in the shadows of her own mind -- if she could only reach them...

She will find that whispering creature some day, and when she does, it will ease the burning quest for knowledge within her, and, perhaps then, she can rest.

Character Concept: Meadowlark doesn't say much when you first meet her, but she'll open up a bit for her friends -- she likes to have conversations, though she still speaks as little as possible. Meadowlark has her mother's determination. She enjoys puzzles and games and trivia, and what she doesn't already know, she loves to learn. She loves to roam and explore, though when she finds a place she likes, she will often linger, or at very least return often. With those she is close to, what she often can't say in words, she tries to say in actions, sometimes very touchy and loving to cuddle.
Dating Advice: Meadowlark may be quiet, but she knows what she wants. When she finds someone she would like to pursue, if they are not already taking action, she will do her best to spend time with them and find things to do for them. She loves to play games -- puzzles, or just fun -- and may create riddles to lead the object of her affections to realize her attention. She also may hum or sing, should she feel so inclined, sweet songs that she's either heard, or made up. Character Concept: Wolverine loves to meet new people, and often it won't be long before he decides to challenge you to a sprinting race. He only sprints, though, and once the race is over, he will certainly want to find a comfortable patch to rest on for a moment. He likes to hear stories, though he doesn't consider himself a very good story-teller. He is very sure of himself, and holds onto his opinions, but he also likes to know how other kimeti think; he likes to soak other people up, if you will, and just enjoys how different every being can be.
Dating Advice: When he finds the right kimeti, Wolverine holds nothing back; he will pursue his love with everything he has. When he falls, he falls hard, and he's not afraid to put himself out there -- hurt happens, but it's worth the risk. He often finds flower to present to the object of his affections, or surprise them with other beautiful things he finds, sometimes even arranging a bouquet. He doesn't stalk, but he lets it known that he wants to be near his chosen target. Character Concept: Emerald-back has dedicated his life to knowledge. Although logic tells him that he will never know all the secrets that the swamp holds, that has never stopped him from trying. However he is in no way selfish in his quests to know. He will freely answer the questions of all who ask and loves to help those in need. Still, he doesn't have a high tolerance for the silly. Things that don't make sense get on his nerves, but his kind nature prevents him from frequently losing his temper.
Dating Advice: Emerald-back would certainly be watching his love interest at a distance...at first. He would be sure not to make a move until he knew the right move to make. Once he learned what kinds of things made her happy, he would present her with gifts that she liked, but not so many that he would seem materialistic. He would try to share his knowledge with her and do things to make her life easier and to propel her towards her goals.

Character Concept: Ruin is fascinated by transience, impermanence, and decay. The fate of all the swamp's creatures, as she sees it, is the same: they are born, they live for a time, and then they pass away. Death is the purest equalizer, and no legacy can last forever. It is often difficult for her to see the point in setting long-term goals when any progress made could be swept away in an instant by chance. Her worldview manifests in her behavior not as nihilism, but as hedonism; she spends her days indulging in her own whims and fancies, rarely making plans and never commiting to the pursuit of anything but the slowest of marsh snails (for snacking purposes). She's perfectly friendly towards other kimeti, but doesn't usually make a concerted effort to maintain friendships beyond what is most convenient for her, and requires the least effort.
Dating Advice: As her personality would suggest, the value of long-term relationships is lost on Ruin, though she is certainly not opposed to the occasional fling when the mood takes her. In these situations, her attempts at "courtship" are almost completely devoid of romance; they're really more like propositions, and can be off-putting in their bluntness.
