Shehk didn't seem too worried about that problem coming up in any shape or form. Though she likely wasn't trying to think about the skinwalker at all either. So that left a really awkward moment, Shehk looking up at Christof before scooting away again.
"Sorry...I've been kind of clingy lately..." she mumbled, frowning. "Not getting my normal warmth so I've been just..latching to people."

His handwriting was wobbling, his eyes still wide with terror, Christof held up his chalk board protectively.
Have tried blanket?

Shehk frowned. "I'd be better off just curling up in my natural form and leaving it at that. A blanket...is suitable, I guess." She sighed, leaning back against the bed. "Guess that's an easy enough solution rather than throwing myself on people and going 'GIVES ME YOUR WARMSSSS'."

"That's actually kind of creepy, now that I think about it."
Shehk laughed, before she slumped, crossing her legs again. The movie was being..interesting, at the very least. Yelling about justice and being mean to people who looked different. The pricolici shook her head.
"Humans just have no standard of beauty if they think that is hideous." she commented, quite bluntly. "I don't understand it."

His attention was brought back to the animation on the screen, desperately clinging to what distraction was available... only to furrow his brows when he realized what she was talking about.
He hadn't noticed it at first, there had been a lot of distractions, and honestly that fellow wasn't THAT hunchbacked but....
apparently the humans were ridiculing a hunchback? He was tied to the center of the square with a jester's cap on as the mob of humans around him tossed vegetables in his face while his Master did nothing. What were they so upset over? He didn't even have any stitches!
His heart stopped, glancing sideways at her as his face flushed.
He seems to
complain a lot
perhaps that's
why?

"It's his first trip outside and everybody is like OH NOEZ, WEIRD LOOKING THING!!!!" Shehk flailed her hands about in a sort of 'JAZZ HANDS' manner, before rolling her eyes. "I'll admit if I was locked up and not allowed to play for a long time, I'd be whining too."
She waved a hand nonchalantly. "Basically the idea is everybody was picking on him because he doesn't look like them and they're all jerks and the tall guy in the dark costume is all like FFF, I TRIED TO HIDE THAT THING SO NOBODY WOULD SEE IT."
Shehk shrugged.
"Human drama. I think it is a decent story. Well. Sort of." She grumbled something about rejection on a very bitter note. Everything was taking her in an emotional downspiral.
CURSE YOU GOOD MOVIE!!

The hunchback on the pillows sagged as he watched the story unfold and clarify, his stomach churning as the aftermath played.
It was all... a bit close to home, really. Literally.
After a while of silence, he quietly wrote and nudged her, the chalkboard offered out meekly:
Grew up in
basement. can
sympathize a bit.
Master doesn't like
being questioned.
Nervously, he scratched at the stitches at his mouth.

Shehk frowned as she read the chalkboard, scooting back over to Christof's side and offering him a hug. Well, as much of one as she could, anyways.
"I'm sorry to hear that. This movie has a happy ending though." she offered hopefully, as though it would maybe lift the hunchback's mood just a little bit. Shehk was sort of starting to feel like a jerk for her movie choice.
"Unless this movie is bothering you. I could always start a different one if you'd rather watch something less....."
ERRRR.
She seemed to be looking for the right word for it.

He shook his head, still flushing at the hug. She wanted to watch it, and clearly wasn't in a good frame of mind. If this would cheer his friend up, then so be it. He would tolerate the bright colors and handsome hunchback a bit longer.
Fidgeting awkwardly and scrambling for something else to talk about, he wrote out with a bit of embarrassment:

He hadn't expected one. He had considered contacting Morrigan again, but.. well.. after the scarentine's fiasco, he was wary. He had been busy preparing for his Mistress, anyway. He'd probably be too busy to properly entertain a date, or at least he had convinced himself that.

Shehk patted the hunchback's ...er..hunch, she guessed would have been the proper word for it, settling back into her less cling-y position next to him, pausing to reach back to scratch the nasal bone on the Skinwalker on her bed. He didn't exactly seem appeased by it entirely, but she had to keep him from feeling neglected.
The pricolici looked from the board, up to Christof, a brow lifting.
"I'm actually surprised to hear that." she said, expressing her opinion honestly. "I..." Shehk paused scratching the side of her head. "don't know if I'll be getting one at all." she sighed, seeming to suddenly be on that cusp of crying again as she brought her knees to her chest, laying her head on them.
"The truth of the matter is.." there was a deep breath, her eyes glossing over. "Nukpana..h-...he..." she started sobbing again, though it was interrupted quickly, the pricolici suddenly springing up to her feet in a rage.
"THAT a*****e DUMPED ME BECAUSE HE'S INSECURE." She was livid, and the skinwalker on her bed growled as Shehk's anxiety level skyrocketed into madness.
She soon sat down again, however, just leaning over her bed to sob into her blankets.
Emotional roller coaster was all over the place!
