Annabel wiggled some more, but when she realized that they were starting to part ways, she righted herself and got up to wait to see what Chris would do. Boo, she'd been hoping to play some more with Minotaur and Penelope.

"It was nice meeting both of you, too," he said with a smile, taking hold of the leash and making sure Annabel wasn't going to try and run off again. "I'll keep an eye out for you."

He wouldn't mind running into her again and talking some more. She was nice and proved that yet another Crystal girl wasn't like the good majority of them. Snobbish and self-absorbed.

Chris waited until she saw her head off on her own, before turning back to his own dog and nodding his head in the direction they were heading. "Let's go, Anna," he said, turning and heading in the opposite direction.
