The child hadn't had time to say what she thought it was or wasn't and then when Aitana helped make sure she was okay before storming off towards Billy. The girl gave a few coughs, ugh lake water.

"He always does that." She called back to Aitana when the girl called him an Idiota. From a logical stand point Aitana was probably calling him an idiot. Istas moved herself up closer to the shore in case Billy's friends decided to do something dumb.

Billy was still laughing, well until he saw the look on Aitana's face. "What the hell indeed. Dumb curly ears I thought you knew how to swim." He called back looking at the lilac haired girl. He was looking pretty smug and trying to ignore the fact Aitana was probably going to cream him. "You shouldn't hang out with someone like her. She's too big of a baby to be around you."

Billy's friends however, the ones he was still putting on a show for, were slowly edging away. As Istas was glaring at them, sitting in the water her arms across her chest. Billy stuck his tongue out at both the older girl and the younger one. "Besides didn't you think it was funny to see her flail like some dumb magickarp?" Boys and pokemon.... why was it always pokemon?

Billy's eyes widened as the older girl said swimming practice, "oh.... uh that's not..." he found himself suddenly under water, trying to hold what breath he had left. She pulled him back up and he was coughing, "Hey that's not what I meant!"

Billy's friends were now running off, they noticed someone else might have been watching them and this wasn't good. They weren't going to get into trouble. Billy was trying his best to free himself from the girl's grasp. "Let go."

Istas saw the boys run off and she squeaked as she looked back to Aitana who was now holding Billy under the water it wasn't long but it was enough to make the girl cringe, "Hey, no Aitana don't hurt him!" She cried seeing someone else coming, someone older than her maybe close to Aitana's age she couldn't tell for sure.

Paris wasn't generally one to interrupt trouble when it was occurring, seeing as he tended to cause plenty of trouble himself, but he'd agreed to do this whole counselor thing, and he figured he should at least act the part, especially since there was still Chris's opinion of him to consider. It hadn't been too terrible so far, but there were a few kids who could probably use a good spanking. That was the job of the parents, however, and not a camp counselor.

But when he saw one of the teenagers seemingly picking on one of the younger kids, he got a little curious. "Hey, hey, break it up," he said, approaching the edge of the water with an expression he hoped was still mostly pleasant. He didn't want to look stern or mean before he knew what the problem was, and even then he doubted he'd really be very angry. Kids were kids. There was no stopping them.

Then again, kids seemed a lot meaner these days than what he remembered as a child. "What's going on?" he asked, looking between the three present.

The approaching teen was less than intimidating to the atheletic 16 year old. Unlike Billy Aitana was MORE than happy to pick a fight with someone bigger and stronger then her anyway. She was as brave as she was stupid.. as seen by the fact she'd gone up against Don freaking Diablos.. and even lasted in there up until the end.

But she also didn't particular like to hurt anyone for no reason.. nor did she have any real desire to buck against authority just for the fact of doing it. So Paris was regarded with a mild sideways glance and nothing more. Istas had told the story well enough.

Her fingers had been loosening from their grip even more when the little boy started up again, and Aitana teeth gritted. Maybe it was adreneline.. or some pent up aggression from some less then nice teases she'd received on rare occassions at Meadowview about living in the jungle like an animal. Surely it was bad judgement because her fist balled up and slammed forward into Billy's face. Her teeth were still clenched in a growl as she let go of him completely, stepping back before she crossed her arms in front of her chest.

She looked defiant, proud even. But not like she was going to put up a fight over what she'd done wrong.

"Billy's always that way." Istas whispered after Paris had finished, though she didn't know about Aitana. Hopefully her new friend was just trying to protect her but it wasn't the way to go about it.

"There's no point in telling a counselor when he wont' listen..." The child was hiding behind Paris hoping the older girl would listen. Knowing Aitana wouldn't.

"Ow... Hey, ow dude I think she broke my nose." He was holding his nose glaring at her, "Why do you have to be such a party popper. Girls are so stupid." He tried to pull away again, "Let me go. If you're going to fight at least fight fair and not like a stupid girl." He didn't realize he was probably pushing his luck. Granted he didn't take heed to the counselor either, mainly because he was just punched and the counselor didn't come and yank the girl away from.

Okay. So being nice wasn't going to work. That was fine.

"Stay here," he told the little girl hiding behind him, and then without further ado, he bent over to pull off his shoes so as to keep them from being ruined, and stomped into the water after the fighting pair. They had now not only disobeyed him, but they'd made it necessary for him to get his clothes wet, and they would be paying for it one way or another.

"I told you both to knock it off," he said, grabbing onto them both to rip them away from one another. "You," he began, frowning at Aitana, "I don't care what he did or said to piss you off. He's, what? Ten? And you're how old? You should have more sense than to hit a kid. I don't know what you think you're doing, but I've had enough of this crap already.

"And you," he continued, turning to frown at the little boy, "if I hear that you're causing trouble again, I might just let your next victim beat the crap out of you. For now, you're both coming with me to have a nice chat with one of the Senior Counselors. I'm sure they can figure out a suitable punishment for you, if they don't ban you from activities altogether."

Doing his best to keep them separated, Paris attempted to force them out of the water and manhandle them onto the shore. "And if your nose is bleeding," he said to the boy, "and you get it on my clothes, I promise I'll make the rest of camp miserable for you."

Splash splash splash stomp! Her hands were swooping at the air behind Billy as she chased after him, the foreign words falling out of her mouth almost certainly explatives.

A hand grabbed her arm, but it was the threat that actually stopped her. BAN HER FROM ACTIVITIES! What!? "Banned!! No no no"

What would she do with herself for the rest of the time if she couldn't participate in anything? How dissapointed would Coralie be if after promising they'd do everything together she went and screwed it up like that?

The prospect of a boring week at camp and a sad-facing friend was stronger then her urges to smash. Her fists loosened, her eyes wide, letting herself be dragged off by the older girl. Somehow she'd seemed to switch off the volume on paying attention to Billy, she was too busy groaning and praying that she didn't get in too much trouble.

Billy looked at Paris, frowning yeah he was caught apparently. It was irritating too, he just glowered as he was drug along.

Istas was following listening to Paris as he explained things. She was still frowning and while she agreed with the more violence isn't the answer to violence there was still the fact she didn't think Aitana deserved a whole big thing of punishment. "I know but... shouldn't it be taken into con-consideration... that she was provoked? I mean I know she should've known better..."

There was a pause and a frown how did you work this out, "... what would you have done if he pulled your friend under water and then insulted you?" The child was looking at Paris curiously as if that was the answer to it all, granted she wasn't really sure it was or wasn't, but it was a start.
