I think i would have to go with the 2nd one cause there was one tickler for each ticklee. I couldn't take being tickled by a group. Maybe two people but that woud be the highest I would go.
Would you rather be tickled by a group of friends or by one person you just met/don't even know?

Licked by an animal. I'm sorry, but the thought of someone sucking my toes is gross. At least most animals DO lick stuff, so it'd be at least semi normal.

Depends on who's doing the tickling. If it's a guy, I'd say least ticklish spot bare because it's still sexy. Would you rather be tickled until you pee or until orgasm?

Equally ticklish everywhere. I don't know if you meant that the ticklishness would be diminished from being distributed everywhere, but still equal, but I know this from experience, it's so much more fun when you're insanely ticklish everywhere.
