He glanced up as she touched his hand, offering her the most charming smile in his arsenal. Then he just shrugged, as if it were no big deal. "Don't mention it, I wouldn't just let you walk away bleeding."
He shut off the water after he soaked and rung out the paper towels, crossing from the sink back to stand in front of her. His hand reached out then, covered by the paper towel, and gently wiped across the top of her leg - first the uninjured part and then slowly over the wound. For such a big man, he was surprisingly delicate.
"I don't think this is too bad," he had moved closer to her, leaning down to peer at the wound, though he'd be lying if he didn't have ulterior motives. He was helping, but he was also using it as an excuse to get close. "It should be okay just cleaned and maybe bandaged later, so you don't brush it across things." His other hand reached out and braced itself on her opposite leg, though he was still bent over and inspecting the 'wound'. It could have been just chance.

The gentle caring Gehenna showed her when his hand, and that damp paper towel, found her leg made Vulcan's breath catch in her throat. She was used to this sort of casual torture from Kam, and tried not to make more out of this knight's kind attentions than he probably meant by them.
His hands were just hands. Her skin was just skin.
He was just a boy. She was just a girl.
Vulcan tried to relax where she sat, but the surface of the counter was unforgiving, and Gehenna's close proximity was making it hard for her to think. Her mind, to Vanessa's immense frustration, was full of Kam. His smirk. His strength.
His rejection.
Vulcan inhaled softly, hesitated for only a heartbeat, and then lifted a tentative hand to Gehenna's chest. She hugged his hips with her knees.
"Look at me."
A whisper, and an invitation.

He fought off the urge to smirk, to revel in his success, though he had no idea that he'd made this easy for himself by hurting her before. He had no idea that there was any connection between the Senshi and the girl that had, at least at one point, been one of his best friends.
He only knew that she was touching his chest, that her legs were holding him in place. When he finally glanced up at her his face was calm except for the fire smoldering in his eyes. He knew that kind of whisper, especially when it was coupled with her body language.
The hand holding the paper towel dropped it and his hands brushed up, carefully, lightly over her skin and then down until he could grip her thighs and pull her body closer to him with the hold.
He left just enough room so he could lean down and brush his lips over hers, softly at first and then more forcefully, until he was pouring all of his burning passion into that first embrace.
He didn't have to answer her, not with his words.

His hands were like fire where they played along her skin. They surprised Vulcan, but only a little. She'd half expected a lecture from him detailing all the reasons it wasn't wise to seduce a stranger in a public bathroom. Once it was clear to her that Gehenna had no intention of pulling away, or belittling her for this decision, Vulcan let go.
She met his kiss with an enthusiastic fervour, hugged him close with her hands and her knees, and answered his passion with a burn of her own. This was mostly new territory for Vanessa, who pushed any and every thought of Kam to the side in favour of getting to know this exciting and far more willing man.
Outside that lonely bathroom the wind howled. Raindrops hammered against the roof. Thunder crashed.
Oh, how Vanessa was consumed by the storm.
The lamps flickered, and then went out.
