Arianah Xiporah Pretty easily. I take everything personally, but I try not to react most of the time and continue conversation as is because I know it's silly for me to be hurt. I especially hate 'constructive criticism.' THis is me to a "T". Except the constructive criticism. If it's actually constructive then I won't feel like s**t when you are done critiquing me. A good constructive critiquer can correct you and still allow you to maintain your dignity. Not with me. I still feel like it's a punch to the gut when I present something that I've put love and effort into and it's dismissed. I often try to point out flaws that I see in things I make so no one will have any thing negative to say about it, because I've already said it.
I do the exact same thing about my body and weight too.
I ALWAYS spoke up in my creative writing class if anyone had anything to say about one of my stories and defended myself. We were supposed to remain anonymous but you were free to claim your story if you wanted.
But yeah, I always felt like it was an attack, and half the time, they had no ******** clue what I was getting at in the first place, which made their criticism invalid in my eyes and I wanted to make sure the whole class knew why that opinion wasn't correct so they didn't go on a YEAH hate wagon criticism spree.

Constructive indicates it's good though. Anything less than "that's really awesome! The only way it could be better is 'Z' " is not constructive. LOL but I totally do the same thing. It's why I won't link myself singing because I hear all my mistakes and don't want anyone else to hear them.

it used to be pretty awful. i would wrap myself into whatever negative comment was said about me and try to make myself better, just because someone said some pitiful remark. now if someone says something mean to me, it rolls right off my back. i even defend myself! whoa! unless whatever is said is from someone i really care about.. then it does kind of hurt and i feel bad. sometimes i trip too hard about being the best person i can be. so much so that when i ask my friends about like if i'm too loud or too this or too that, they'll be shocked that i even care at all-- like it's not even that noticeable to begin with. so basically my feelings get hurt really easily only by myself and close friends, if i let it happen.

It really depends on what is said, who said it, and how it's said. There are some little, tiny comments that sometimes can get me so depressed I'd rather go drive off a bridge than ever see the light of day again. Other times, the same tiny comment can make me laugh.

Keito-san It's genuinely pretty easy to hurt my feelings, in spite of acting like a brick in most situations. I am an emotional person and I'm in no hurry to cover that up. wait what

I think the best way to describe me would be that I can get upset fairly easily, mostly from anger, and I cry kind of easily, yet not often. I dunno I'm weird. whee
