{I finally declare this roleplay....OPEN!}
Under the canopy of the bristling spring tree leaves, three figures casually roaming amongst the dirt roads that lead many a traveller through the dangerous wilderness to various towns and settlements of varying importance. Among the adventurers was a tall and slender woman, dressed in forest green silks - mainly, a buttoned-up vest that exposed her stomach and a miniskirt with slits on both the left and right. Beneath the miniskirt, she wore light brown tights to cover her legs and her undergarnments. To keep the small twigs, branches, and the ocassional buried animal bones from scratching up and bruising her tender feet, she wore tough leather boots that went up to her knees in length. Although the colors themselves were somewhat attention grabbing when paired with her pale complection and charcoal black hair - they were surprisingly plain in design - even despite how much they seemed to reveal.
But enough about her clothes, I'm sure you could probably care less what she wore. This adventurer I previously described is Dema, a somewhat brash and extremely stubborn woman set on rescuing the princess from the clutches of the wicked wizard for reasons she refuses to state. One might note that for someone intending on fighting such a dangerous opponent, it's a wonder she never carried a blade or even a crossbow on her person. This was either a bold and extremely stupid move on her part, or perhaps she was confident enough in her hand-to-hand combat skills to think that she simply had no need for them. None the less, if one didn't know any better about the group, they might simply assume that she was just a tagalong groupy - the group dead weight, if you will.

Lucian sighed lightly, walking along slightly behind Dema. "Are you absolutely certain that this is the way? I thought it was that way." He commented, pointing off toward his right.
Lucian's outfit was oddly simple - something much more simplistic than he usually wore. It was a simple brown tunic and brown pants. His eyes were a dark red, his hair a sleek black which blew slightly in the wind.
He looked at Dema carefully, debating what else to say. "Where are we going, again?" [-sorry. Bad at opening posts-]

{Its fine. I'm not any better. I mostly just puked out a rant or two for my starting post.}
"Of course I am!" Dema replied, giving a slightly annoyed look as she placed her hands on her hips - continuing on north regardless. "We're heading to the troubled town of Prin. If we're going to rescue the princess, we should at least have the decency to make a decent reputation for ourselves - as well as making a pretty penny or two for needed equipment - so we'll be able to defeat the princess' kidnapper and reap the rewards without suspicion. If we didn't make a name for ourselves and came in shoddy armor, what would they think? If a wizard was strong enough to break through castle defences to kidnap Listelle, he must be powerful and at least somewhat intelligent to do it without getting caught until afterwards. They'd lable us as the kidnappers, or the minions of him, and have us executed in his stead."

A yell of pain echoed thru the castle of the wicked wizard. Screams of a unlucky hero that had been caught by Kale filled each corridor of the location. "Hero's are such a predictable bunch" a voice came from a figure standing just under six foot and draped in a dark red robe with several dark blue seals. "Such a pity tho you were so close to getting the prize but so far" he said walking to the would be hero who was currently bound in stone shackles that seemed to have appeared from the floor and ceiling. "Oh but where are my manners tho you probably already know this your torturer today is none other then the wicked wizard himself" Kale said a grin creasing over his lips. "What an honor yes?" he questioned walking around the hero. He had already removed the hero's tongue and cauterized the wound close so he wouldn't die. "Hmm now then what to do with you" he questioned reaching his hand up and running it under the man's chin. "A quick and painless death which would be a nice way to die or should I simply kill you slowly and make sweet music with your screams of pain?" he asked taking a step back. "Well then what do you think by all means give me your oppionion on the matter since it concerns you so much slow and painful or quick and painless?"
All that meet the question unintelligible murmurs and attempts at words by the man. "What's wrong cat got your tongue" Kale asked with a grin holding the man's tongue up infront of him. "Well then if you don't want to decide which is such a pity I will have to simple decide for you" he said tossing the tongue to the side. "ESMERALDA" Kale called crossing his arms and simply waiting for the maid to come. "Where is that maid at" Kale muttered looking around as he tapped his foot a few times. "Always late to a call never on time. Do you know how hard it is to find good help when your called an evil wizard" he asked the hero who just gave him a questioning look. "It's like picking from the bottom of the barrel just because you killed a few hero's or pillaged a substantially large amount of towns your instantly marked as evil."

((Post right when I posted sweatdrop ..anyway))
Ezrelia wasn't far, atleast she couldn't go far, just in the main area sitting on some pillow that was on the ground. She wasn't sure if fell asleep here or not, her dreams were too vivid to distinguish between them and reality. Hearing the boss call for the maid, Ez hasn't seen her yet, she was quick to get up and head down to the torture chamber "I'm here, what may I do for you!?" she questioned striding in with a large smile, always eager to please of course eager to get close aswell, invading personal space.

"As I was saying about good help" Kale said turning and looking at Ezrelia as she walked in. "Although your names sound similar I didn't call for you Ezrelia" Kale said looking at the woman as he turned back to the hero. "As I was saying it's difficult to get good quality help in this day and age when a rumor so vicious as to calling you evil is floating around" Kale said with a shrug and a small sigh. Reaching his hand out he rubbed the side of his head before turning and walking off to the door. "Since you decided to show up tho you can do Esmeralda's job currently and clean up the mess" Kale said putting his hand against the door of the torture chamber. As he did spikes suddenly cropped up from the ground and ceiling and impaled the binded hero in such a way he would simply bleed to death. "Oh and make sure that all the blood is cleaned up I really don't like the smell of it when it stains" Kale told her with a smile.

Esmerelda was nearby, and in fact, refused the call on purpose. She was taking her sweet time finishing up with scrubbing some mundane dish in the kitchen not too far away, despite it being extremely clean as it was. Esma would be damned before she did a good job without being given her pay first. Often, her behavior or heroes keeping Kale busy would mean her not getting payed for the next few days - maybe even weeks. Softly and to herself, she grumbled furiously to herself, "Maybe if you weren't such a wicked jerk and payed me my wages, I'd always come when you call. But noooo, apparently I'm supposed to starve before the day ends! ...Rotten good-for-nothing b*****d."

Ezrelia looked to where he was walking, not happy about him leaving. Her smile faded to a simple expression of curiosity and looked back up to where the spikes impaled the man. She made an ick face, and looked to find a tounge. The usual, no scream. She looked back to his smile, a lovely smile and put her hand up in a lazy salute "Aye master.." she said, with a sigh.
When he left she went to cleaning, wispering words everynow and then that let her hands glow. She could clean faster than Esmeralda, it was just about the same sort of decent cleaning she did since she only learned from that woman and her mother. Water was everywhere, a few brushes at her womman and she still sort of had to pick up the body.

Giving a small sigh Kale headed towards the kitchen. The lines on his body gave off a dull glow as he walked thru the corridor's. "Where is that maid this time probably off gallivanting about with one of the other Heroes" he muttered walking into the kitchen. Standing at the entrance Kale looked at Esmeralda's back as she was doing the dishes. She wasn't to far from the torture room and could have easily heard him. Hmm she's always like this around this around this time I feel I forgot something with her he thought standing there thinking about it. Must have forgotten her birthday or something he thought with a shrug. "Esma" Kale called to her from the door to the kitchen.
