For me, yes the Pentacle represents the 5 elements and the connection to one another, but I also see it to stand for the human body and our very basics, the center representing a sixth part of us that is hidden. There are five points, representing our five basic senses, just like the points represent the outer parts of our body. But the center part, represents our sixth sense, our personal selves, and the place where each of us is unique.

This weekend with my HPS has included some meditations on the pentacle, it's been- mind blowing.

I actually felt like a twit when I realised how many senses we have. Balance, hunger, pain, where our body parts are in relation to one another...

With that in mind, and the different possibilities there are, what does the pentagram mean and/or symbolise within your belief system or tradition? If it doesn't really have a place in your tradition, do you associate the symbol with anything particularly?

The pentagram doesn't have enough points to be useful. I'm working on a system of six Elements, rather than four, or five. A Star of David would be more appropriate as a symbol of the Elements, but then I'd end up stepping on the toes of alot of Jewish people, so. razz And I don't associate my religious interests/practice with Wicca, or any of its offshoots, so, really, it doesn't do anything for me that way, either.
