Rishabh, one. Mka, two. Was two a lot of Friends? Most everyone else she had just met once.
"Does it still count as being Friends if you only talk to someone once? Cause if it does I have a lot but if it doesn't I think I only have two Friends. Beez aren't friends cause they bite, so even though I meet Beez a lot they do not count."
Isipayisi didn't want to sound sad though, because that seemed to make others sad.
"I'm really very happy, though, Mka is a good Friend and I always have enough dead Stuff to eat and the World is a nice Place. Really, I am very lucky to even have Mka to travel with. Most of the other Hyenas I meet have no one at all. You are traveling alone, aren't you?"

"It's good to have friends. Especially if you're a hyena." Most of the hyenas he met were sort of mean and liked to order him around, but every now and then he had met real nice females. "Yeah..." Kizuka said, "I've been travelling alone..." it wasn't anything to be proud of, but there was one perk to travelling alone. He didn't have to wait around for anyone and could do whatever he wanted when he wanted.
