I got Sailor Moon S: the movie on dvd and it said that Uranus "cared a lot about Neptune and would protect her often" under her biography. But, other than that, they didn't seem to do much else..
I really need to catch up on my Sailor Moon~. I've never heard of Chi or Phi. >.<

I made an error about Sailor Chi, Phi, and Heavy Metal Paillon in the translated manga. Just checked my manga and they are there. They were introduced in the Sailor Stars manga at the end of vol. 2 and the beginning of 3. The other three Sailor scouts that didn't make it to the Sailor Stars anime include the three I mentioned and Sailor Kakyuu, Lethe, and finally Mnemosyne. These six scouts were never introduced in the anime and only appeared in the manga. Sorry sweatdrop Its been a very long time since I had to bust out my Sailor Moon manga.

I can never find manga of Sailor Moon. sad (I didn't know it was a manga until like two years ago. I'm such a blonde. sweatdrop ) InYuasha is more popular up here than that, same with Vampire Knight and Death Note... and Naruto. xp

Well the manga has been out of print since 2001, so finding them is a hard task in itself let alone looking for decent conditioned volumes. I only knew the anime version so when I found out that they had released the manga version here in the U.S. I went a little crazy and bought the entire first season of the manga and two volumes each of the SuperS and Sailor Stars manga. =.=; All together that was around $124 in 2000 when manga was popular and cheap. My mother almost killed me when I asked her to buy it for me. I paid her back overtime since I only needed three more volumes since I could buy them myself.

Since there are a lot of anime and manga fans in Hawaii we get a variety that satisfies all manga preferences. >_> Though they cost almost $12 a volume now.

Holy crap! Manga here goes from like $6 to.. I think the most expensive one I saw was $20. :O

Yeah printing translated manga in the U.S. is an expensive job. .-. If you look at the omnibus for example, if its $20 where you are its about 5 dollars more in Hawaii since we have to import everything from the mainland and other places.

gonk Nooooo!! If they go under that means the majority of manga published in the U.S. will be diminished even more now.

I KNOW!
Their facebook page is filled up with complaints from their fans. They said they're not releasing anymore manga until they get more money.

Goodness, I hadn't heard that about Tokyopop. How unfortunate! Though I must admit that I, myself, haven't purchased manga in quite a long time because I just find it too costly.

Try thrift stores and closing/moving book stores. I've gotten manga for under five dollars that way.

Yup that's one way to beat prices. 3nodding You'd be surprised at what you can find at a second-hand book store or at a closing/moving sale. Ebay and Amazon are nice was of looking for a manga that has been out of print for years. My brother is attempting to complete Saint Tail. He needs one or two more volumes to complete it. >_> Apparently those specific volume(s) are not easy to find. (Getting off topic but I don't mind. I don't get to discuss manga/anime with people like I used to. The only other person I can talk to is my little bro. smile Thanks everyone on this thread~!)

You're welcome.

I can try and help you find information on those if you want? If its been digitized or archived on the internet I can find it majority of the time. Oh by the way is this Million Tear manga your talking about? If not what are the authors names for both of them. I might be able to search around on google by author instead of title. (( Just in case you can check if this is actually "One" the manga your talking about))

Million Tears is correct. One isn't, but I was going to check the TokyoPop website to see if I can attempt to order the first one.
