Ciúin's unblinking, bi-colored eyes grew wider as he watched Luska's display of her magical marionette. As he watched, he crouched down, getting a better view. Other than that movement, he remained still. He was quite entranced with the spectacle and didn't want to do anything that would risk messing it up. When she was finished his gazed drifted up to meet hers, his mouth hanging open. "That was amazing!" he managed to gasp as he finally rose. "I can not do anything so remarkable! That was quite the feat, Miss Lulu." He blinked. How was it that all the other spawn he met had some amazing ability? He sure didn't. No, instead he had a defect.
Trying not to show any of his inner thoughts, he held out his hand to Luska, who looked a little tired after her magic trick. "What would you like to see next, Miss Lulu?" He faked a smile, wanting to keep his guest entertained and hopefully happy.

“Thank you,” Luska replied, blushing at his reaction. She didn’t think it was that remarkable, it was just something she enjoyed to do. Her plush toys and dolls, she could always count on. She couldn’t actually bring them to life, though she did oftentimes think of them as if they were; animating them, for a brief time, was the closest she could manage to making them alive.“Ciúin is wrong though. Just going out of his way to take Lulu to this beautiful spot is remarkable. It was very sweet of him.” Smiling at him, she added with a nod, “And Lulu is sure that he could learn magic too.” Thinking about it for a moment, she asked, “Would Ciúin like to learn magic?”
She smiled as she took his hand, at least until she stumbled slightly. Her magical display had taken more out of her then she had realized. She felt as if she had been the one dancing about. Straightening back up, she smiled and replied,“Um, if Ciúin doesn’t mind, would he surprise Lulu? Somewhere pretty, maybe a spot where we could sit down for a moment or two. That wore Lulu out more then she realized.”

Ciúin actually flushed a little as well. He wasn't used to being complimented much at all. "Yes, I would very much like to learn magic. I am hoping to learn both fire and water-based magical spells." Ciúin answered truthfully. "I apparently have a knack for the two, though I have never tried anything."
As he took Luska's hand and led her back to the paved pathway, he tried desperately to think of somewhere to take her next. In his opinion, the waterfall was the best place here. So where else could he take her? Oh! He turned to face her, having an idea now. "Miss Lulu, if you do not mind, could you close your eyes? Just until we get there, of course." He smiled, hoping she wouldn't think him odd for such a request. "It is not far, but I think it will make a nice surprise."

“Wow, to have a knack with two opposing types of magic? Lulu is impressed,” she replied with a smile. “Ciúin could create his own waterfall, or maybe lights in the sky, fireworks or smaller lights like fire flies. Maybe Ciúin could combine the two, to create a magnificent geyser!” She giggled at the thought. There were, of course, more violent uses for such magic, but those were not at the forefront of her mind.
Luska smiled as she was led back to the path. At his question, she replied, “Ok, but um, give Lulu one moment.” She was still not the steadiest on her feet and thought a slight rearrangement of her hands might be best, if she was to not be able to see. She took her hand back from his and offered her other hand in its place, while moving the hand she removed towards his shoulder. “If Ciúin doesn’t mind; Lulu is still a bit unsteady. It might be safer, this way, with her eyes closed.” She then added with a smile, “Lulu can’t wait to see the surprise.”

"I do not think you would be as impressed if you saw," he paused, "I mean, I cannot do anything... so there really would not be anything to see." Ciúin spoke as he guided her. He really hoped that she'd like the flowerbed he was going to show her. And it wasn't too far off, so she wouldn't be even more exhausted when they got there.
Ciúin guided her to a bench and gently lowered her arm, "There is a bench here, so you can sit down, Miss Lulu." He scrambled around behind her, his heavy form thudding as he hurried. Once he was out of view, behind her, he spoke again. "Okay, you can open your eyes now." In front of Luska was a wide spanse of various wildflowers in several colors. There were several species of daisies, poppies, cosmos, and other flowers. They were all set in specific areas, so that the flowers weren't intermingled, with little walkways between the areas. There were also little plaques with the names of all the flowers and their natural habitat. From where Luska was sitting, she could see the whole area. The way the area was designed, the wildflowers were in a little sunken space, circled by benches so people could view the whole of it.
"I do hope you like it." Ciúin nearly whispered after a few moments. "I actually helped raise some of them." The last bit was actually said with an ounce of pride, normally not found in Ciúin.
