When learning taijutsu that has several stages like for example, Pi Gua Quan. do you automatically get the techniques listed below the certain stage after you learned that it. or do you still have to learn them?
to be specific, Pi Gua Quan stage 1 req. 15 post learn. after doing that 15 posts do you still have to do 5 more posts to learn Eagle Peck which is a Rank D simple technique?
Just wanted to clarify.

Yes, you have to learn them separately. But most styles don't require to learn the rank. The Pi Qua Guan and mirror image do need becalse of the bonuses due the rank.

Why isnt Puppet users cant learn, even one taijutsu?

Because a Puppet Master uses their puppets for Taijutsu. Without a puppet, they're vulnerable to attacks biggrin It's even explained in the series.

Hey...my Hatake character was going to become an Enchantment Class when he became Jounin before. Now that it's a Genin-level class, can I just switch?
I haven't learned/done much of anything with him yet. Just talking posts.

1. Am I allowed to make a charecter based off an OC charecter I made with its own backround storyline?
2. Can I have charecters that know ninjutsu that they learned because someone else taught them but they never went to school?

Can I learn custom jutsu even if I didn't create it? or are they just reserved for the person who made it?

Someone can teach you their custom jutsu as long as you're able to learn it...meaning your element or class restrictions don't prevent it.
It also doesn't go into being a custom jutsu, it becomes a normal jutsu for you.

OH another question!!!!!!1!
does the stages of curse mark stack the amount of chakra added? like when i enter stage i gain 160 then when i enter stage i gain even more chakra on top of what i already gained?
