Jase had been about to tell off the ruffian, but it would seem that it would be unnecessary. He stood off to the side of the older Uchiha. He wanted to be nearby just in case this guy tried something stupid. He was using his byakugan when he realized something funny was going on. He wondered if this fellow had already started a genjutsu. Jase was weak against genjutsu so if that really was the case then this might be a problem.

Jase smirked at the man's decision to take them both on. He was a true fool. Jase immediately took off the weight jacket he had been wearing. He swung it at the snake, decapitating instantly. If the technique was close enough the user will activate the genjutsu. The opponent will feel the heat of the technique and begin to see their skin burn from where they felt the heat. The burn will spread across their body. Then they will begin to see those burns turn black and crisp as their body begins to turn to ash as they slowly fall apart in cinders. Once the genjutsu is over, the victims will will be broken or they will be incapacitated if they are below the Jounin Rank.

 Nazo Uchiha // Konoha Gate Guard // NPC Nazo listened to what Ke had first believed to be an imposer and was bringing anger to his heart, to only notice that the man held some truth to what he spoke of and further that anger. Though the village knows a very rough or at the very least, a small summary of what happened to his family. Yet no one but those who actually lived in his branch of the Uchiha Clan would know what the man said except for the person he believed to be dead. Meaning all this time, Nazo had been living his life, training, succeeding to become the greatest, and attempting to become the strongest for technicality no reason. There was no longer a sense of honor in what he was doing or striving for. This truly bothered him, in fact it bothered him greatly... then again.. bother wouldn't truly be the best word to demonstrate how he felt. Maybe it was anger, for being betrayed. Why would his brother put him through all of that crap just to ditch him and pretend to be deceased? Why put him through that misery and return in this disrespectful manner?
As Nazo remained silent, cooking up anger with each passing second that only heightened with each individual that entered the battle, Nazo's eyes stayed locked on his brother as the fight pursued. As if looking at him and what he has become would help further fuel the anger boiling within him, before he leaned forward. Free falling from the top of the gates, he did a rather fluid front flip to have his feet planted upon the gates and kick firmly off it. Giving him somewhat of a boost of speed towards his 'beloved' elder brother which helped in giving him a little extra to his sprint, as his hands came together moving through a string of select seals and speaking viciously under his breath as he inhaled," Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu..." With his brother focused on bringing the Hyuuga under what he could only speculate to be a Genjutsu, using the knowledge of all the times he's been put under his brother's illusions, Nazo released a giant ball of flames to wipe that disgusting carcass that used to hold his brother from the face of his presence with the technique known as the 'Powerful Fireball Technique'. Leaving only this meager roach of a man before him, to hopefully burn for his actions. As far as he's concerned, his true brother, still had died a long time ago.

 Ire Tsumi // Konoha Gate Guard // NPC Ire sighed as it seemed like this was once more another family dilemma. It seems like the Uchia's were cursed with that issue. Made him sort of glad he was never born within their clan. 'Royal blood my a**.' He thought to himself as the aggressor below spoke, taking another light drag from his sig. and letting out a slow exhale of smoke. Though just as he was about to accompany Nazo it seemed like Konoha's big guns came out to fight. 'Seems like this loud mouth brat is the person that everyone has been looking for, for everybody to come sprouting out like this.' Ire gave a little flick of his cig to knock some of the ask from the tip before taking a seat upon the top of the gates and simply watching. What would be the point of him going down there and engaging in the assault? You had a Sannin and a Jounin down there, plus this other random man from the Cloud village? Way too many people attacking one man; not saying the guy wasn't dangerous enough for him to do so, but that was just too much work and a hazard for fight also in. As soon as Ire was about to point this out to Nazo, he saw him falling from the top of the gates and starting to engage the man as well. Ire sighed and shook his head as he would just watch muttering sarcastically, "Isn't brotherly love the greatest?"

When struck the user will fall apart into a bunch of black snakes that will slither away rapidly and reform elsewhere turning back into the user. Like wise the user can use it as a rapid charge, causing themselves to dissolve into shadow snakes and the reform rapidly at their target location. Other: Can only be used once every other post

Avaro Uchiha, The Chemical Shinobi
[Sannin] [Ninjutsu Class] [Madara's Mangekyou Sharingan] [115 CP] [Master of Suiton]
Avar watched as this small little outburst of battle unfolded. As Kazu went after the other Uchiha, however, Avaro stepped in. He quickly dashed over to Kazu, knowing that these quick movements would hurt his bad knee later, and pulled out a kunai. Avaro, in all of his years as a Shinobi, had met only one snake summoner and had seen just a few of the abilities that they possess, but this was new. Thinking quickly as Kazu reformed from the pile of snakes, he held up his kunai and defended the strike of the blade and then Avaro put out his right arm, his open arm, and then focused his chakra instantly into his right hand. A thin layer of chakra ran over it and became sharper than a normal medical scalpel. This was the Chakra Scalpel Jutsu. He shoved his hand directly at the torso of Kazu, aiming to disembowel him. The blow would render him unable to fight and Avaro's medical skills would be able to fix him up just enough to stop his death later on when they need to interrogate him.
