Galahad hesitated only for a moment when Chivosi turned and began to head towards Merrill's den. These would be his first steps as the new Alpha, and these first steps would see to the approval of the second most important pack members, those being Merrill the beta and Chivosi's two remaining children, Aleu and Derecho. Smiling at Chiv he padded long beside her and thought this day was certainly looking up, no matter what the others reactions would be, he was a very lucky wolf indeed.
