Not terrible, but fairly exclusive to the darkworld system of play. When that new structure deck is out, it'll be well worth it. Can drop a goldd/sillva For lvl 8 synchros, and can drop Grapha to pop cards. Snow is also thoroughly amazing. The fact that its a fiend just means you can later remove it with the field spell. Whether or not Kushano will just fully replace him is hard to say until builds come out. I'll probably proxy one out myself. Kushano + lurrie + goldd = trishula... So maybe.
