Hadn't she seen that gryphon around... Oh wait.

"Tahki!" She couldn't help looking rather relieved at the fact that there was another familiar face around, grinning as she looked at the ghoul. However, she made no moves to approach her, seeing how it would be rude to just leave Shehk hanging after their introduction. Besides, she was distracted by the arrival of yet another familiar face.

"Hey Holly!" She grinned, returning the wave before gesturing her towards them, "Its good to see you again! Its been so long!" And she was dressed in that adorable outfit too! While Holly might be a ghost, Lizzy couldn't help but wonder how warm the ghoul might be, in PJs that look so warm and comfy.

Perhaps this sleepover might be just what she needs after all.
PostPosted: Wed May 18, 2011 8:15 am

"Wonderful!" Natalia chirped, features beaming as she waltzed further into the room, setting her bag-pack down for a second time ways off from the door. There had not been a whole lot of information for the werelemur to go off of regarding the sleepover, so the facts weren't all that surprising as she made them seem.

But the details were expended soon after, at least those pertaining to her welcome. It was obvious that the ghoul, Shehk as she called herself, was under no impression that every student attending would be one she was familiar with. So, instead Natalia focused her attention around the room, especially when the hound-looking ghoul made note of an odor. Hrm...She hadn't smelt anything before, but now that it was mentioned..."It smells like rotting corpse alright--good thing for those air fresheners." Sure there was a hint of disgust in her tone, nose wrinkling up while she folded her arms across her chest; but she meant no disrespect to Shehk herself, nor the zombie looking one seated beside her--who was not all that horrible to look at...in a butch kind of way? The tail that curled and uncurled behind her wriggled at the remark, toying with the idea of being almost a tad-bit worse than a boil might be...when surrounded by ghouls...and with a slight bow of her torso the monster replied. "You're too kind.

She would have asked for a name, but the conversation moved on as Yaya made her way into the room. Crutches beneath her armpits, hobbling in while her sweet voice resonated took Natalia's gaze almost instantly. Her lips, which were still somewhat spread in a smile, were licked and then popped in an air kiss in the demons direction. She would certainly not shy away from a chance to boast her affiliations with the succulent ghoul, limp or not.

But then there came two more, one who looked vaguely familiar; perhaps from the dance? Or the auction held a few months prior--but the second, the long legged ghoul with white curling hair and a smell that almost instantly nullified Shehk's past concerns. Oh, what a lovely surprise. "Levi, huh?"

Natalia moved along the flooring with poised limbs, shoulders back some even with her arms still folded beneath her bosom. Her eyes swallowed the form that this feline-looking student had, drawn to the tail that stretched for what seemed like miles. Not quite as fluffy as Natalia's but certainly one worth recognition. The lemur rounded Levi and Lizzy, almost completely ignoring the pink-haired ghoul before extending her hand out. "My name is Natalia. I am delighted to be in the company of such a...beautiful newcomer."

Those who came shortly after were regarded with nods of her head, waves of her hand and an occasional, mind you brief greeting--but the motions of this new ghoul--the cat thing. The country student with an accent Natalia had only heard during impercinations and stories; seemed to be the target of her always fleeting focus.

She did, however, give to Holly a much warmer welcome than the rest; eyes batting to the ghost while her lips formed the words, "Hey there."

Sammy's narrowed eyes were hard to miss, but Yaya did her best to ignore them. Which wasn't too hard, considering. If West and his grating attitude didn't phase her, then nothing shy of it even stood a chance. Besides, she wasn't here to start trouble or dredge up anything from the past, it just wasn't worth it. Besides, there was an air kiss puckering her way from a pair of lovely lips, and that rather forcefully demanded her attention in the form of a returned smooch.

Moving her crutches together, she used them as one to help herself walk further into the room until she could sink down to sit with her back against the side of Shehk's bed. She wasn't certain she was staying there, and she'd have to go change eventually, but for now it would keep her out of the way and off her feet. A real plus in her book.

It was a good thing she had moved too, because Lizzy and a new ghoul entered a second or two after her, followed by Tahki and Holly. She knew all but one of them, but not very well at all. Still, she gladly offered each a smile and wiggle of fingers at they came in.

From her place on the ground a certain twitching length of stripped tail swayed in and out of her peripheral, and she happily reached out to wrap her fingers around the downy length, tugging at the werelemur gently. She hadn't seen the other ghoul since their little met in the pool, and she was curious how she was doing. She was also glad to see her.

"Trust me. It was much worse when I moved in. I'm sensitive to..these..things.." she tried to not immediately crinkle her nose at the overly sweet scent invading her room. In Shehk's nose, Candy Corn + Rot = horrible. It really wasn't one of those scents that she wanted to keep in there forever, but none the less she got up and moved some things around, making sure to get Yaya a pillow to sit on (given the crutches, the other ghoul could have used the extra buffering), before stretching out and cracking open her window.

Fresh air smelled nicer than anything else in the room, to be honest.

She then greeted her newcomers in kind.

"Hello, Lizzy, and it's very nice to meet you, Levi and Holly." Shehk mused, grinning widely, before gesturing to her room. "Feel free to take up perch anywhere. Be careful of Nuk Jr. He's friendly enough if you're not a boil, but man he sometimes likes and dislikes the strangest of people..."

Shehk then settled in to greet Tahki, not phased in the least by the fact that the Gryphon girl had come in her natural form. Shehk had no qualms with that. She herself was a natural-form ghoul (evidenced by the more-slept-in-bed underneath her own), but she patted the other ghoul on the head.

"Man. This is turning into quite the show up." she seemed somewhat surprised, settling in next to Yaya to see what it was she had brought. Something certainly smelled a bit strange to her own nose.

"What do you have with you, there?" she inquired.

The monster was reluctant to turn away from the silver-haired student, biting hard on her lip as the tug pulled her out of a daze, sending the lemur stumbling a step or two. A smile toward the white-haired ghoul should have excused her for the time being, bobbing her head before turning to the side. Yaya was definitely a sight for sore eyes in the midst of relatively new faces, and although her liking seemed to have fallen quite heavily on Levi, Natalia could not deny the tingling sensation felt when the water demon's hands took hold of her once again. The werelemur took pride in their friendship...however difficult it may be for some to understand or to be comfortable with...and having known of what fiasco the two ghouls were a part of just a few months ago made abandoning Levi for a moment that much easier.

Time had definitely passed between them, and surely Yaya had gone on that blasted fieldtrip; the one that stole a lot of what Natalia loved in a lot of people...it must be where she injured herself, and perhaps the reason why the two of them had not spoken in a while. But, from the way the ends of her lips pulled upward, pinching those brilliant eyes, beckoning the figured ghoul down to the ground beside her...

Well, it felt as if no time had passed at all. Crouching next to the demon with her ears twitching, still sort of attending the conversation between the feline ghoul and those individuals around her, Natalia chuckled softly. And then, she spoke.

"So, my sweet ghoul...does this injury mean you are out of commission?" A wink gave away the monsters meaning, a jest that the lemur monster assumed would be taken with a light and flirty heart, but a head-tilted and two brows furrowed showed genuine concern. And then, as Shehk placed a pillow down and found a seat on the opposite side of the demon, Natalia settled onto her rear completely, wrapping her tail around the leg that brushed Yaya's. She waited, listening to what their host had to say before perking a bit. Curiosity was one of Natalia's many quirks, and as Shehk leaned in and questioned the contents of Yaya's pouch, so too did Natalia find herself hovering over the lap of their friend.

Levi just began to glance around when she heard a voice come from the entrance she had just passed through. The ghoul had a right fluffy tail...but no ears visible. huh. This was something to investigate. Well, hey there, Holly. eh- don't mind ma tail none. Worried she might cause trouble for those entering, or those with crutches, Levi's tail curled in front of her feet like it was a creature all on its own.

The taztel ghoul wondered if this action was what caught the attention of another ghoul, who now circled Lizzy and herself, not paying much mind to the fact that she was the one being inspected. The white furred ghoul moved...like a lady...with a long, fluffy and stripped tail. weeweeh~doggie Levi thought to herself- that is one mighty fine lookin' tail. Could it also be used in roughin' up? Her temptation to coil her tail around this ghoul, certain she must be kin with that long of a tail, was shot down when she noticed the ears. Likely not tatzel. Then she spoke. Natalia. Why, that'sa right fancy name ya got there. Levi took Natalia's hand and didn't shake, but grasped it tightly enough to line the ghoul's fingers up in unison. On release, Levi couldn't help but give a heaping laugh at the next comment Natalia made.
YAHAHAHA~ yer one funny ghoul, I'll give ya that. Pleasure's all mine, screecheart. The fact that Natalia was serious did not compute to Levi. If the boils back home could see her now, they'd be laughing right now along with her.

Shehk's offer of allowing her in eased the tatzel and an ear twitched momentarily when she grinned. Excellent, this group of ghouls was real friendly. Tail-stroking and all that. Levi began to feel more at home already. Only she wasn't expecting any rougin' up with this crowd. All the ghouls she'd ever known weren't interested in the least with wrestling. Or why a good punch to the jaw was something to be proud of. This might be more of a crowd for her to sport her cooking or crop-growing skills with. She was secretly hoping there would be no dancing; unsure if she could retain her temptations.

Looking at the grouping developing on the ground, Levi couldn't help but want to join. Motioning with a tilt of her head to Lizzy and Holly, she sat to try and make somewhat of a circle with the other ghouls. Both spots beside her were currently empty. Placing the urn containing the candy corn scent (and Popcorn) between her crossed legs, she patted the open spots with both hands, looking back at Lizzy and Holly, gesturing that they were free. Her tail curled up and hung downward like that of a monkey for easier clearance. oh? a bag?

Holly waved to the group again. Oh, thank Jack, Lizzy was here. She hadn't seen the ghoul in a while and was glad to see her again. Speaking of, she went and stood nest to Lizzy. "Yeah, too long right? Good to know you are okay after that messed up field trip." The trip wasn't fun for anyone but they all made it out in the end, that's what mattered.

Natalia was here too? What a small world. Holly waved to her and grinned a bit. She hadn't changed since she'd last seen her too. "Hey yourself." The ghoul waved to the others that greeted her as well, such a friendly bunch. Not like the dumb boils she hung around with sometimes.

Holly scoffed as she looked at the girl who was new to her. Levi, that's what they said her name was. "Hi? Your tail, one of those that has a mind of it's own I'm guessing?" Those were always interesting to be around. After a moment she noticed the new girl was motioning to her. Might as well. Holly went and sat on one side of Levi and looked at the urn. "What's in that?"
PostPosted: Wed May 18, 2011 8:36 pm

Sometimes seems that way. Good fer hangin' offa things n' gettin' the drop on unsuspectin' boilfolk. Sneak attackin'.
When Holly sat next to her, Levi grinned at her curiousness. creaking the clasp on the urn open, a stubby little nose poked out, sniffing, and green glowing eyes blinked at the lights within the room. A waft of candy corn scent puffed from the opening as well.

Names Popcorn. On'account I popped 'im outta a barrel hole and he likes ta eat 'im some candy corn ferm back home. Us folks grow it. Suppose he reminds me 'a home.
With the sound of a tssss~, Levi closed the container, letting the candy corgon enjoy its close quarters.

For some odd reason, Natalia made her uncomfortable; the way she walked and looked at them. No, rather, the way she looked at Levi made her uncomfortable for some unknown reason. She like to think that she's not someone who judges based on first impressions, but her first impression of Natalia is now pretty bad. Doesn't seem like the monster would care though, seeing how her attention was focused on Levi alone.

Maybe she just really, really like newcomers or something? If not, it is rather rude to not introduce yourself to everyone...

"Nuk Jr...?" She couldn't help giggling softly at the name of Shehk's pet before nodding gratefully, glad that their hostess was so friendly; this should make this sleepover even more fun despite uh, how uncomfortable she was already feeling with one of their company for the night. Then again, she might just be imagining things.

"Ugh, yes... Its good to be back, isn't it?" Lizzy couldn't help but frown slightly at the mention of the field trip; it might had been a while now, but... It was still a pretty fresh memory. Following behind Holly, she couldn't help but give the ghoul a quick hug from behind when she was on the floor before moving to the other side of Levi and sitting down, wiggling close to the white haired ghoul for warmth... And because she smells nice compared to the rest of the room; Amrita's room never smelt this 'heavy'!

Peering at the urn again, she smiled before looking surprised at the Levi's comments, "Ohh, you sound like you're one for working out! And your family grows candy corn? That's pretty awesome!" Her smile was growing by the second; perhaps she could join the fitness club...?

Riley was late.

Wait, that can't be right. Can it?

Nevertheless, a shadow eclipsed the light coming from the doorway, as Riley walked into Shehk's room, wearing nothing but a long, red cotton nightshirt that seemed to fit her in all of the wrong ways. She waved a long fingered hand casually at the entire room, and then put down the pillow she'd carried in. The room was filled with ghouls, but it was to be expected. Riley sat down on the floor, and then her body tilted slowly until her head was resting on the pillow itself. Those glowing white eyes now turned to the group, analyzing each face.

Mmm, new people. Delicious.

Did I miss anything important? Her question was for Shehk, but she made sure everyone could hear it in their minds. After all, the night was meant for socializing - she might as well get the whole 'Oh Jack, why am I hearing voices in my head' awkwardness out of the way as quickly as possible.

There was no excuse for why it took Tess this long to get there. Really no excuse. She lived in the same dorm as Shehk after all! Maybe not on the same floor but that was no excuse for her tardiness. The winged vampire had been meaning to be more sociable also she wanted to get away from a certain appendage that had taken residence in her room. Actually, said appendage didn't even know Maritess had snuck out for the sleepover, which made the thrill of rebellion all the more intense and enjoyable.

She'd brought a change of clothes with her and her bed-towel, in case they actually were going to sleep at this sleepover. Tess only hoped Shehk's room had somewhere she could hang from. At the doorway, she hesitated, suddenly doubting whether this was a good idea because of a multitude of issues stemming from a severe lack of freedom in her much younger days. She would have continued to stay frozen by her insecurities had she not nearly fallen to the floor because her wings stopped flapping in the process. With a faint yelp, she grabbed for the doorway to steady herself, "H-hello, is there room for one more?" she asked softly, peering into the room and relieved to see some familiar faces.
PostPosted: Thu May 19, 2011 6:01 am

Walking towards the room where the sleepover was to be held, a...floating pillow? stopped in front of the crumpled vampire and asked with some concern, "are you okay?" before it lifted and revealed Astras face underneath.

Luckily, it looked like she wasn't going to be the only ghoul late for the sleepover. There wasn't any good reason as to why she was late, but at least she wasn't extremely late.

Her usual attire had been swapped out for more sleepover friendly clothes; black pajamas, with blue and purple starts over them. Her hat was gone too, replaced with a black nightcap.

Peeking around maitress, she looked at the assembled crowd of ghouls "Umm, I'm not to late to join, am I?" She asked.

Maritess turned towards the floating pillow, immediately suspicious of it until Astra revealed herself behind it. Crimson eyes blinked at the fairy reaper but she gave her a small, reassuring smile that she was alright. "Y-yes, I am, thank you for asking."

Turning her attention back to the group of ghouls inside, Maritess seemed to brighten when she spotted Lizzy and almost immediately felt distraught upon spying Sammy and Holly. Despite being on the same boat to the island (oh that terrible, terrible, traumatizing field trip), she hadn't quite felt comfortable around the zombie. As for the fox-ghost, well, she still needed to make up for her mytrix trying to eat her.

Turning back to face Astra, Tess couldn't help but smile again, "I hope we're not too late. You look like you're all set for the sleep-part," she giggled softly.

Riley.

Ugh, she didn't want to see the Mindflayer right now, not that it was her fault or anything...Tugging on the hem of her nightgown as she stared at the floor, Lizzy then took in a deep breath, hoped nobody noticed, and then turned her head to flash the demoness a smile, "Evening Riley~" She came here to have fun, make some new friends and maybe help her heart settle a bit, after all... She wasn't going to let anything ruin that.

She can do this, she can-

"TESS!" If anything, the appearance of a good friend was a good distraction from her own feelings. Her face completely lit up as she grinned, waving the ghoul over after patting the space beside her; sure, it's not her room, and she is sure to feel terrible about this later, but for now... Hello there, familiar face I can cuddle with! It was getting chilly, and she know from experience that Tess was cold-blooded as well, but just the notion of having someone to hold... That's what she needs right now.

While she hadn't had many chances to speak to Astra (the last time had been during the Fitness Club meeting), she found the ghoul to be decent company... Giving her a nod and a smile as greeting, she then turned her attention back to Tess; it was nothing personal... Tess was just so much more of a familiar face compared to Astra.

Had Tess been a more outgoing ghoul, she would have ushered Astra into the room. But because she wasn't, nor was she that familiar with the reaper, the winged vampire instead gestured for the petite ghoul to join her as she flew in. She carefully maneuvered her way to where the spider demoness was, placing her things in the space Lizzy had patted while she hovered above them.

"Anything happen before I got here?" she asked while giving the pink-haired ghoul a hug.
