Kaeerah tilted her head, considering this. It was a charming notion. She wondered if he was speaking in metaphor, and if so, just what he had intuited about her.
Regardless, the way he handled language was that of a true storyteller -- not just one who gathered and spread information, but one who caressed words and eased nuance where there had been none. That above all things intrigued her, as she thought perhaps that would make others more apt to listen to him.
"I have been through a bog," she admitted, and it wasn't quite clear whether she was speaking of a metaphorical bog now as well, "It's true. But nothing can hold me for long."

"Of course not," he agreed, tilting his head and taking another moment to drink her in. "Me least of all." The leggy wolf stood. "It's been a great pleasure to meet you, and in spite of my good sense I cannot help but hope it might happen again." His eyes twinkled; Jonsi was much in the practice of amusing himself. "I must be off."

She smiled, wondering if perhaps she had scared the rangy male away. But, no. It seemed more likely that he was telling the truth.
Her smile was obliging as she nodded a farewell. "I'd best be getting on as well, Jonsi. May our paths cross again." And her eyes gleamed in a way that suggested they would...and not by fate.
