Msrah batted lazily at Tay's tail as he sang. He wasn't seriously trying to catch it, but there was something about tails that made them want to be batted at. Or caught and gnawed... He couldn't count the number of times his siblings had used his rear end for target practice, but to be fair he had returned the favour many times. Thinking about his siblings gave him a new exciting idea and he wanted to tell Tay at once.
"You know what," he said, and sat up, "We should so sing this song to my siblings, or your siblings!"
He grinned at the thought. The song was very silly and catching, and he was sure at least some of the other youngsters of the pride would want to sing it. Perhaps even add to it. It wasn't as impressive as the songs the priests and priestesses knew, but he figured since they'd made something up they should share it.

Tay's face lit up in a delighted grin at Msrah's suggestion.
"Yes! Let's do that. But I think we should sing it to both sets of siblings. Starting with yours because you're older."
It was a good enough reason for him to go first. It even played into the pride's general feeling of respect and veneration for elders, not that Tay was considering that aspect at all. When she was older it would probably occur to her, like when she had other people's cubs to care for and teach the ways of the pride, but that was a long time in the future to her.
"Anyway, I have a lot of siblings, so rounding them all up for a concert would be a lot of work." It usually was at any rate.
"But let's get go now! The sooner we find your siblings and sing our song for them, the sooner we can share it with mine. I think they'll like it." She was dancing in place, anxious to get started. It would not matter to her that she couldn't sing and her participation could only make the song sound worse. She was just interested in spreading this bit of happiness she'd found with others.

He scrambled to his feet grinning even wider. Trust Tay to take his ideas and make them even better. Two concerts, one for each set of siblings. Brilliant!
"I've got a lot of siblings too," he said, "Let's get going!"
