File: Finding Cosmos Loading... Ahhh Slateport. It smelled like the sea and she hated it. She wanted out of this smelly town and the only way she would be able to do it is if she became a pokemon trainer. It's not like that was out of the question for her, it was just that she had the problem of SCHOOL standing in her way. She decided to look into graduating early so that she could have the advantage of having an education. It was better to know what you were doing than to go into a situation blind as a ******** bat.
Of course there were certain perks to going in blind. But they weren't good enough for Addison to even attempt it. ******** that...
A couple of months later at the age of 15, sophomore status by the way, she graduated high school and wanted to begin her journey as soon as possible. However, it seemed fate had other things planned. The journey that she wanted to start so badly didn't happen. Her parents came to the conclusion that she wasn't ready for such a responsibility, training ans raising your own pokemon. Normally, she would've snuck out and became a trainer anyway, but her father was firm in his decision. She obeyed her father because she had the utmost respect for him.
If it was just his wife, that was another story.
Having nothing to do now that she graduated high school for nothing, Addison turned to roaming the streets at night, hoping to find some lost little pokemon that needed her to be their trainer. No such luck happened for her, but she kept searching. She wanted a god damned pokemon and she will get one whether her parents liked it or not. That was just it, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. She was wandering the streets for the umpteenth night when she spotted a box with an abandoned pokeball in it.
She couldn't believe her fortune. Just who would leave a pokeball unattended like that? Irresponsible.
The pokeball found home in her pocket and soon enough, she was on her way home to see what treasure would come from the ball. She hopped it was a Flareon, she's always wanted one. Fate was always pulling it's dirty tricks again it seemed. Instead of a bright puffy Flareon, something white and blue attached itself to her face. She instantly assumed the worse and screamed while running around with the face leech on her.
She mustered up the courage to pull the thing off of her face, only to find that it was some kind of albino Pikachu. The moment she saw the pokemon fo the first time was the moment she decided she wanted to keep him as her own. He didn't seem like he missed his old trainer, and it worked in Ally's favor. What to name him? Did he already come with a name? He had no collar or anything , so she assumed he was nameless.
Cosmos. That would be his name. It seemed to fit him perfectly. She told the pikachu what his name would be and he attached himself to her face again. Maybe that meant he liked it? Of course poor Ally flailed around trying to get him off of her face so she could breathe. He only seemed to calm down after he spotted something on her drawer.
Sourpatch kids.
The sheer speed in which Cosmos used to get to the sour treats amazed Ally to no end. She would have to get more if she wanted him to stay off of her face...She could manage that, no problem. Cosmos huh? She grinned as she watched her new companion gobble down pawfuls sour goodness on her drawer.
It was the start of a beautiful friendship.
Her parents would have to let her keep him she was sure, she could keep him under control...
As long as she had sourpatch kids around.

File: Complications Loading... For one to convey their feelings to themselves about someone is the most difficult thing Ally has ever encountered. She tried to block it, to erase that stupid mistake she did at the dance, but it just kept popping up every time she saw his face or even thought of him. It just wasn’t fair at all! She had no way of getting rid of this feeling, especially when she felt like her feelings wouldn’t be returned. She wasn’t sure if he was just playing with her at the beach or if he was genuine, and that scared her.
She didn’t want to be one of those women who got played just because some guy wanted entertainment.
That would just do nothing but piss. Her.Off
People wouldn’t like it when she’s angry, and even she doesn’t like it when she angry. Ally quickly decided that it was time for her to forget about all this complicated feelings mess. It was giving her a headache. Maybe if she went dancing she’d be okay? Something to take her mind off of the complicated stuff like boys and….Crushes? No, she didn’t have a crush on Rory. It was something akin to an interest right?
She really needed to stop deluding herself. She knew that this was more than an interest and WAY more than a crush. Why else would she bring it upon herself to kiss him at that dance? Not that it was her first kiss or anything, but it was definitely the first one she initiated. After a quick peek into the dance room, Ally stepped in and started stretching, seeing as no one was around she could dance to her heart’s content.
Once she started the music and began moving, her mind began to drift again. Why didn’t he do anything at the beach at first? Why did I have to make the first move? It was a question that wouldn’t leave her alone no matter how hard she tried busy herself or even concentrate on the dance she was trying to do.
“Why am I letting this get to me? It shouldn’t matter this much right?”
She’s been in situations where boys have liked her before and she’s had feelings for them in return, but never something that would keep her awake or give her a small bounce in her step. It was strange to say the least, but Ally slowly came to a realization as she stopped dancing.
This wasn’t an interest.
It wasn’t a crush.
This was something deeper.
It was also something Ally didn’t want to admit to right now.
Because if she did, the path that she needed to travel would be full of danger and heartbreak. She was sure of it. And she didn’t want to explore that road, not now, not ever. Of course she was in denial because she had to admit to what this is sooner or later. Maybe it was time to put on her big girl pants and admit that she more than liked Rory. She was...slightly in love with Rory. Slightly because it would be ridiculous to be fully in love with a guy you know, but don’t at the same time. Xander would face palm if he even caught wind of this.
So the only logical thing to do would be to ignore it right?
Wait till he made a move instead? Not that it would happen since she has been gone for a bit, visiting her family and doting on her little brother who misses her terribly apparently. But that was a different story to tell and fritter about. Stretching again, Ally quickly resumed her dance number a couple more times before packing up and heading back to her room.
She needed to think some more anyway.
