CALLED IT!
After the whale got moving again he was hit by another whale.
Darion was amazed by the whale because in all of the science books he read they all said whales are smart.
Yet here they were Smashing heads together causing a mess of the ocean.

Cherry was about to head back to her hut with her daughter when she saw someone wash up onto the shore beside them. She knelt down beside him and looked over to him. "Well, if it isn't my old friend Darion. I didn't expect you to find me here. Hey, how did you get through the storms anyway?"
She stood up and kept her hold on Selene's hand. "Hmn..." The pink haired Lycan stared at the sky before turning to Selene. "It looks as if we are going to have company tonight Sweetheart."

Darion looked up and saw Cherry."Storm? If you mean rain, waves and whales..."Darion stopped and stood up."I'll tell you whales are the most stupidest thing on this planet...one crashed into my ship so I did what anyone would do...Find the biggest creature, aka the whale, beat the s**t outta it and settle that puppy up...oh and then another whale crashed into my whale...then another...and another."Darion said as he dusted himself off.
Darion thought about it"And speaking about finding...why are you here?"Darion noticed the kid holding Cherry's hand. He shrugged it off thinking he was still dazed from the water current

"Darion, this is Selene. Selene, this is Darion. He used to be a student of mine back when I worked at the Spire." She looked down to Selene, then back to Darion.

Darion laughed."Mine was a raft, but then a whale smashed into it and i rode the whale"Darion smiled at Selene."And if you want I'll tie her to you so she doesnt get washed up!"Darion said as he thought about what Cherry asked. "Oh you know...I was just exploring."Darion said as he smiled.Suddenly something caught Darion's nose."What smells like cooked fish?"

"I'd rather you didn't. If Selene and I are to get off this Island, it will have to be in a safe manner. Nothing risky. Understand me Darion?" She shot the man a harsh glance before resuming her natural cheery look.
"That would be dinner that you smell. Come, head up to the hut with us. It's not big or fancy but it is cozy and it is home." Cherry turned and began heading up the hill, taking Selene with her as she led Darion towards the hut.

Darion sighed."I'll find away!"Darion said as he followed after Cherry."What if... I manage to tame a sea monster and make it give use a ride home?I've already tamed a monster, it's right here!"As Darion finished his sentence The Shadow Guardian shot out of the ground and looked at Cherry."I'm telling you Cherry I can get you off the island! It's either a raft or a monster, your choice."Darion said as he picked at his fangs."I'm sure Selene wants to met her Daddy after all."Darion said as he finished with his fangs and yawned

She looked at the Shadow and then to Darion. "I'm sure she does. But I'm just not sure it's safe." Cherry opened up the door and let Darion and Selene inside before heading in last. The woman shut the door and moved over to the stove. She pulled the potatoes off and began working on mashing them up while the fish cooked on the stove.
