The javelin bounced off the maroon shield harmlessly, but Sailor Pasiphae did not waste any time in rejoicing. Right after repelling the weapon, her protective barrier disappeared, and she clearly had not been able to summon it again.
Keeping to her half-baked plan, then, the injured Senshi took off running once more. With each step she could feel her wound stretch and compress, and it hurt. The adrenaline that propelled her forward, though, outweighed even the pain. She had to reach the police... she had to reach someone or she was a goner.

The Negaverse Captain took off after her prey, not liking that she had been led into throwing her weapon without any chance of hitting her. She banished the javelin as she ran passed it, summoning it to her hand.
"Get back here, you little brat!" She called, her voice still taunting, though now there was an edge to it. She didn't like to be tricked or embarrassed in any way: she could dish it out, but she certainly could not take it. Even in small scale.
She didn't catch up in time, however, as the senshi ran into a familiar area. Painite skidded to a stop, recognizing the street. The police station was here. There were cameras all around the station, and that was not something she wanted to deal with.
She growled.
"I'll get you, Miss Shame! Don't think you can just run away tonight and you'll be safe! I'll find you again!" She liked to leave on a menacing taunt, though she was retreating. She watched the senshi, fighting the urge to run ofter her, then told her self it was better not to and disappeared into an alley.

Sailor Pasiphae never looked back during her flight, even as the taunts of her opponent rang out behind her and felt near, too near, for her liking. She urged herself to go faster, to gain more distance, but she just couldn't physically push herself more than she currently was. In fact, she wasn't sure how much longer she'd be able to keep up her pace, given her wound and her heavy breathing. But she had to keep going because now her enemy didn't just sound menacing but also mad. Anger plus javelin? That couldn't end well for the Senshi if her foe caught up.
Just as she felt as though she was on her last leg, her destination came into view. The sight of the police station rejuvenated her, but it seemed to have exactly the opposite effect on the woman behind her. The final threat, that she would be back and finish her off, still sent unwanted chills down the Senshi's spine, but she felt safe in the lights of the station and safer still when she stumbled through the front door.
The next few moments felt like a blur. Sailor Pasiphae told the "nice" policeman at the desk about the injured civilian, giving quick directions and pleading for assistance. She did not know if it was her earnestness, her own injury, or simply procedure, but he gruffly put out a call to anyone near the area to proceed to the scene and then called for an ambulance. Satisfied that the victim would be taken care of, and not wanting to be detained herself as a witness, she took advantage of the latter of the two calls to slip out of the station. She didn't dare power down or even fully drop her guard, but the pain from her side was spreading to other nearby muscles, and her head and eyes ached from the adrenaline that had flooded through her. She felt antsy, drained, and she just hoped she could make it home without having to confront her parents as well. She had had far enough fighting for one night... and was not certain she could win the battle against them any more than the one she had just barely survived.
