Sound's like what happened to a ferret we had once... Long story short, It scared the crap out of my dad and it got flung into a wall... It lived. still it's pretty funny how my dad tells it.

The leader of my youth group is a vet, and he was telling us about his friends first patient. It was a hedgehog, and when the vet picked it up, it bit his finger. When he jerked his hand to get it off, it flew into a wall and died.
