Zoey walked with Elena into the castle. "Yes, I am fine Lady Elena. Thank you for your concern. I will need to get more trained men though."

Elena ran to the barracks, her skirts flowing while she ran. She ran up to Vergil and saw him training men. "Vergil what happened in my lady's the Queen's room?"

I have returned here...but only to be her servant...which is more than i hoped for...(Vergils voice is cold)...at least now i can watch my daughter grow...and perhaps teach her some things...with her hignesses permission...(He continues to conduct the mens training...a few of the captains now know how to shoot fireballs)

please...ive already gone through enough...i cant put in words how sorry i am (tears in my eyes)...(I walk away and sit against a wall crying into my knees)....i want so badly to take it all back...ive already been payed back with all the pain i caused her and more...and ill go through every bit i have to...

If...(I wipe away my tears)...I just hope that someday...ill have the chance to make up for it...that i havent lost...if i have...then there will be no reason for me to live...i broke her heart...and now im dying inside...(i cry hystierically)...im so sorry zoey...im so sorry...(tears stream down his face)...(he cant speak but continues to cry)

Elena shook her head in disbelief. Men dont cry after betraying a woman. It's not how they work. They live to hurt the women. When she looks at Vergil she feels sympathy and disgust at the same time.

(Vergil speaks to himself) If i could go back...I always make the wrong choice...I always end up in pain...I used to be good...and no one wanted me...the few who did...only used me...my heart has only gotten bleaker and bleaker as I became a different person inside...I want the old me back...i dont want to be this monster...

Theres no way to fix what ive done...no way to erase it...no way to win her back...and I know its my fault...I screwed up...im no better than anyone else...and she deserves only the best...the purest of heart...

Maybe...maybe someday ill have a chance...and if i never do...then its exactly what i deserve...my heart still belongs to her...and ill give my life for her if the chance comes...maybe then...she'll see just how much she means to me...i dont what went wrong...why am i so ******** up...(the soldiers leave...all looking ashamed)
