Restricted Evidence Bankai 1- need to pick something that makes sense with the strings. Like vibrations. He more or less has access to the elements because he can alter their genetic structure, take electricity for instance, he can create friction on a molecular level, creating static in the form of electricity, or flames by inhaling air through the strings, then condensing and creating sparks, hence igniting the strings to create sire, then the weight by simple condensing the strings etc. The elements aren't real, their just fake versions based on Reiatsu, and even then their nothing major, the worst they could do would be minor burns or a light shock, unless there was something like wood for the fire, or water for the electricity, then they could do little to nothing, maybe only the sonic vibrations one would be effective.
