Hiro raised an eyebrow. A very excellent question, but rather open to interpretation.

"On our side?" he asked archly, "Or on the other side?" Or, indeed, how many senshi ever, in the entire universe. (Not that Hiro could really answer that last one, apart from 'idk, millions? billions?')

He shook himself and settled, wrapping his tail around his feet. It would be a dignified pose on any other cat, but with his missing eye and torn ear, Hiro was a bit too scruffy to pull it off. "On our side... you are the third senshi I've met. I hear there are several more, though."

He glanced away. "On the other side... over one hundred senshi awakened, though they are potentially limitless in number. How many stars do you think there are? And then planets to those stars? Asteroids, comets, nebulae...? Make no mistake," he warned with a sharp look, "we are severely outnumbered. But our cause is just, and our leadership superior, so we will win out in the end."

Hi, welcome to the Negaverse! We're outnumbered and we may all die. Happy fighting! ... or something like that.

He had meant it as 'how many on our side', really - which meant that now Alunite had just give given way more information that he'd wanted to know. Over a hundred ? For ******** seriously ?

It made sense to invade in numbers, through. And well... no one had told him this would be easy.

"Fluorite told me that beside the Blood Moon, they seem to have little organization... This is where we can break them." Force them to fracture and fracture until they could easily be picked off. "We have unity. From what I heard, they... don't."

Hiro nodded, all seriouscat at the mention of the Blood Moon Court. He'd been a member of the Negaverse raid on their temporary base, and his own senshi, Alkaid, had barely escaped being one of those kidnapped in the first place. "They are, without a doubt, the most dangerous faction of the senshi. If you encounter them, run. No," he shook his head, forstilling any interruption Alunite may have wanted to make, "I do not care if it is cowardly, or if it offends your pride. They have proven themselves to be killers, torturers, and more than capable of laying traps where you think you are fighting a weak member, only to have their most powerful surround you. And they have a method of suppressing their energy signatures, too. If I got my claws on that damn cat..." Hiro's warning faded off into a growl.

After a moment, his teal eye was back on Alunite. "Despite their danger, they are just a faction. One that the other senshi reportedly don't like very much, if accounts from Elysion battles are to be believed. The other senshi may do away with them for us, but for now, it would be better for you to avoid anyone branded with that red crescent moon of theirs."

At least until Alunite had a better grasp on his powers, and more experience under his belt. Hiro didn't want to lose one of his few Negaverse senshi so soon. Especially not to those BMC bastards... his fur ruffled at the mere thought.

Hiro did approve of the way Alunite (or was it Fluorite, with Alunite merely repeating) thought. Fracturing the senshi further, and picking off the small splintered groups. Yes, it was the best possible plan. For now. Perhaps they should be stepping up their own recruitment drive as well, and matching numbers as best they could. It might be something worth speaking to the new General Queen about...

Fluorite had already gotten around to this - and been quite insistent that if she was stupid enough to try to fight a blood moon senshi on his own, she would next in line to kick his a**.

Ah, though love.

Hearing it from Hiro was a new insight, given that, well, Alunite knew his sister, and knew that it wasn't beyond her to exaggerate things if she felt it would keep him out of trouble. So they were looking just as dangerous as he'd been told.

Hn. "Interesting..." It would be interesting to watch, for sure. Through really, Alunite was still rather clueless as to what all of this truly meant.

'Interesting' was one way of putting it. Hiro's ears flattened against his head. "Their leader killed a General-King. I think that says plenty about what they're capable of. If you need more proof beyond that, ask Wolframite about his stay with them."

Well, not any time too soon, or there might be one less corrupted senshi on their side. Hiro hoped that Alunite knew how to tread softly around the more volatile or damaged members of the Negaverse. Hiro also hoped that Alunite never ended up in their shoes.

"Anyway," Hiro shook his dark mood off, "is there anything else I can help you with for now?"

The dark mood caught him by surprise - and it was evident in his reaction. He certainly hadn't meant to belittle anything, or anyone's experiences. "I did not mean to be rude. Im sorry." He said in apology, shaking his head. "I don't think that will be needed... I see no need to have anyone relive that time, if only in their heads as they retell their story."

He'd heard things that were chilling enough on his own.

Was there anything else he needed ? Well, probably. But nothing came to mind at this very moment. "No, I think... That's enough for tonight. I should probably practice some..." But there was no need for Hiro to stay there and witness unless he wanted to do so. "Thank you."

Hiro managed a kitty smile. It wasn't Alunite's fault he was new. No doubt there would be more traumatic events in the future that newer members wouldn't know to treat gently. "It's fine," he reassured Alunite. "Just be careful of your words around those who were most affected."

Including the new General-Queen herself, of course. Though so far Tanzanite had appeared very concerned and caring of her corrupt senshi, Hiro didn't want to test that.

"Practice is always good," he agreed. "No doubt you don't want prying eyes while you work. I'll leave you to it and check in with you another day."

Oh yes, he would make sure to stay in contact with all of his precious corrupt senshi. They needed him more than their human counterparts, and well, he was a Guardian Cat after all. He needed senshi to look after, otherwise he was just a talking cat.

He turned to leave. Over his shoulder, he tossed an arch, "Stay safe til I see you again, hmm?"

Watch his words. Well, he would try. Do his best. Through, really, Fluorite had been the one Desmond child to inherit most of the tact. He simply nodded.

"I will." He was of no use to the Negaverse dead, after all.
