Kiss Kiss fluffed her fur out when her ear was batted at, smiling content and shaking her fur out, She explained. some of us can know that move.

Rosie's expression was soft, tilting her head a little at the mention of the clothes being expensive, she was of coarse well aware of this fact, but she didn't comment that this was not exactly an issue for her.
"I would love that! its been way to long since I went shopping." She said instead, drawing her posture up as her free arm stretched up.

"Oh!" The Beldum she had kissed suddenly fell to the ground, dropping the bag he was holding.
Blue eyes went wide in surprise, and guilt, her fingers raising to her slightly agape mouth.
"... sorry." She said with a sheepish smile.

Luke wasn't a stranger to festivals, or he at least wasn't unfamiliar with the sounds that reached his window or the intermittent sight of balloons rising into the sky. He had been inquisitive enough as a child that he understood the gist of it, but this was the first he had had the opportunity to experience one of the events directly. It was more crowded than he had imagined. Noisier too. The air was rife with the varying scents of food, a sweet odor dominating by a margin. Despite the veritable sensory overload, however, Luke had yet to feel any sense of regret for having accepted Rosie's invitation. He had grown relatively familiar with Camphoreon, and it was interesting to see it so different from how he was accustomed.

Mieu, for the time being, remained securely in his luxury ball as Luke maneuvered around people and structures in search of the individual responsible for his presence. It struck him as strange to wander around alone when he knew for a fact that Rosie was there somewhere. Sure enough, once Rosie had stopped moving to engage in conversation with Seraphine, it wasn't long before Luke stumbled upon her and her company.

"Hey, Rosie," he called in an effort to attract the girl's attention, taking note of the other present part as he approached. "And, uh..." It was someone he recognized; he'd met her before, the evening it rained. But what the heck was her name? Crap.

A little metal Pokemon wandered through the crowd on stubby legs. Its wide blue eyes blinking curiously as it looked up at the people passing. He was alone in his wanderings, and didn't appear to have an owner anywhere in sight.

Sera seemed a little upset to have her purse dropped by the Beldum, she hoped that she hadn't gotten the pokemon into trouble.
but still, his reaction had been very cute, if not a little sad, Seraphine seemed to treat him differently than her other two. But maybe that wasn't always the case.

Opening her mouth to say something to Seraphine, she was stopped before she could finish forming her first word when someone called her name.
turning her head quickly and perking up when she saw Luke through the crowd.
"Luke!" She called to him, waving her free hand up. "There you are."

She turned back to Sera, "Come meet my friend," She invited the other girl her age, before she slipped through the crowd to catch up with Luke,

The blond was on her way over, when something lower to ground level caught the corner of her eye, directly in front of her, and in the way of her stride.
Rosie Let out a startled yelp when something heavy and hard caught her foot, and she started to tumble forward, She managed to catch herself before she fell completely though, and rather gracefully I might add.

"Oh my-" She breathed, putting a hand to her chest from the sudden surprise, looking down at her Charmander to see if she was alright, it would not have been good if she had dropped the newly hatched baby.
Turning around to see what she had nearly tripped on, her own blue eyes blinked when she saw a little Steel type, an Aron on the ground. it seemed to be alone.

Instantly Rosie felt bad for probably kicking the poor thing. "Oh, I'm so sorry little guy." she said to it, crouching down and holding a hand out in apology "I wasn't watching where I was going, Are you alright?"

Melody had thought that was pretty fun, and at the sight of a new pokemon she squealed and leaned forward with another hiccup.

The little Aron, going about his way, looked up just in time to see a human coming towards him. His eyes widened and a sweatdrop formed on the sode of his rounded head. He then hunkered down and cringed just as the girl tripped over him. "Aroooon!"

Blinking his eyes open again, the little Pokemon looked up at Rosie quietly, seemingly unharmed by the whole ordeal. After all, he was made of rock and steel.

As Luke called out to Rosie, Sera lifted her head to find the source of the noise - and a frown touched her lips. She vaguely recognized him from the cafe when it was raining before her birthday, but damned if she'd even bothered to remember his name. Luckily Rosie said it after a moment, so she followed the other girl after picking Isabella back up, only to stop short as the other girl tripped over a.. a pokemon. "...what's that?" She asked, eyebrow raised and one corner of her lip curled up slightly in case it wasn't one of her preferred types. It certainly didn't look like it, especially since it was all.. shiny and metallic-looking.

Mordecai floated down and hovered a couple inches from the ground, inspecting the other half steel-type with his one red eye. "Bel? Dum?" A series of curious whirrs and clicks emanated from his being. What was it?

Some people turn heads with great beauty. Some do it with impeccable style. Others do it because they look like whoever designed them got a little over enthusiastic with the resize tool. The man who had just wandered into the park was in the third category, although it was a bit of a tight fit and he’d had to duck to get through the door.

//It seems we’ve picked a good time to arrive in Kodo,// the man mountain observed in Russian to the Espeon by his side, adjusting the hang of the leather satchel over his shoulder as he cast around. Having only stepped off the boat the evening before he had been planning a pretty lazy day today, but the receptionist at the hotel had made this sound too good to miss. //You fancy signing up for the battle festival then?//

As the psychic type chirruped an affirmative response the huge man turned to make a beeline for the ‘Sign up here’ sign. Preoccupied by the sights around him as he was, he almost walked right into a blue haired woman with a Beldum. Fortunately for her he did spot her in time and stopped short of stepping on her feet and or knocking her flat, but only just. “Ack, sorry,” he switched quickly to English mode, offering an apologetic grin and taking a step back to put himself – hopefully – out of her personal space bubble, “I almost did not see you down there. You are alright?” Pushing his fingers through his (somewhat greying) wild golden curls he made a more thorough assessment of the young woman. Slim but healthy looking, an interesting set of tattoos and - most interestingly of all - a mechanical arm. Certainly didn't see that every day.

Well then.
If Lestrade didn't object, and Dupin wanted to...
Jeremy, hands in pockets, strode off toward the sign-up area, dodgy people and pokemon as he went.
He wasn't too concerned over his pokemon walking along out of their balls along with him. He knew they might wander, but they'd always sniff him out easily enough; they always did. And it wasn't like one would leave the other too far away.
He took some time to examine and people-watch as he went; kids everywhere, of course. He had to admit he wasn't comfortable or particularly fond of being around kids; he just didn't understand children, but it was nice to see them with pokemon. It always seemed -right- somehow that the two should mix.
He chuckled as he passed a group where a Beldum seemed to have become an official bag carrier... and chuckled more as he caught some of the event that led to the dropping of the bag, but he had passed them and was slowly ambling toward the forms before the Aron had shown up.
He did catch sight of an incredibly tall individual... and twitched his lip, about to remark to one of his two pokemon, when he saw they hadn't quite arrived with him yet.
"Hm. Take your time then." He muttered, looking back through the crowd to try and spot where the two had gotten too. As long as they reached where he was before he had to battle, he wouldn't be too annoyed.

Dupin had decided that -everything- needed investigating. The little black and white Eevee had snuffled off, with some idea to investigate what that girl with the machine had been doing before... and had quickly gotten side-tracked by a different scent. She'd deviated from the vague Jeremy-following path to sit at the edge of the group gathered near to the Aron. It was a curious little steel type; she was sure she'd never met one.
"Vee." She greeted toward it, curiously, after a quick look around at the other pokemon and the trainers. She'd keep an eye on them too.

Lestrade had frowned as Dupin had suddenly ventured in a different direction. He hesitated, making sure he knew where their trainer was going- he knew the man would wait where ever he ended up- and then, satisfied he knew where Jeremy would be, he followed Dupin's scent as the Eevee had just gotten out of sight. Hrm. He'd thought she was going toward the machine-girl... but a quick look where he thought that was revealed... a giant human. He sat and tried to keep himself triangulated between Jeremy and Dupin.

The pokemon seemed okay, in fact it seemed completely unmoved, this didn't surprise her to much, seeing as he was probably one of the more resilient type combinations.
Either way, Rosie gave a small sigh, and smile of relief, heck, she was probably hurt more by that than the pokemon had, the top of her foot scratched and red from where she had hit it.

"I'm glad."
Pushing herself back up to her feet, looking at Seraphine when the other girl came over, giving the Aron a scrutinizing look.
"Its an Aron" Rosie said "A little steel rock combo type" She cast a look around "I wonder where its owner is." hopefully it wasn't lost.

Melody seemed to enjoy the pokemon around even as the Eevee came and sat around with them. She squirmed a bit, wanting to get down from Rosie's arm.
The blond trainer obliged with this, setting the little Charmander down onto the ground between her feet.
Melody dropped down onto all fours, large gray eyes blinking, staring around before her mouth opened wide, showing off her two sharp front teeth.
"Chaaar" She squeaked, tail flailing behind her, still not quite having total control of its movements. hiccuping a couple of times, with little bursts of steam through her nose, she plopped down onto one of Rosie's feet, waving a claw at the Aron and other pokemon, wanting their attention.

Luke offered a half wave in reply, moving through the crowd to meet Rosie and... whoever that girl was. Name started with a... Z? An F? He really had no idea. This curiosity was put aside in favor of a mild surprise when Rosie stumbled, and he raised his brow in a manifestation of this surprise, closing the distance to join the two girls and the... uh... Aron, apparently, if Rosie knew anything about pokemon. She didn't sound unsure, so she was probably right.

"You okay?" he asked automatically, directing this faint concern towards Rosie rather than the pokemon - though the fact that he was expressing any concern toward anything could likely be categorized as a small wonder. He turned a cursory glance over the Aron, curious over its form but mostly disapproving that it should wander around like that tripping people and... whatever else it was doing. Probably nothing good. Weird thing.

"An Aron?" She repeated, brows furrowing as she listened, though her tone quickly grew disinterested when she heard its type combination. "Oh." It was neither dark nor ghost or any combination thereof, so it was of no interest to her. "It's a weird-looking little thing, isn't it?" She commented with a shrug, feeling a vague desire to at least say something. Unfortunately - or rather, as per usual - her choice of words wasn't exactly the best. Not that she'd notice. Or care.

Isabella attempted to shrink in Sera's arms as a third human came over and yet more pokemon appeared. There were too many, she couldn't watch all of them all at once! Anastasia on the other hand paw was thrilled, and trotted around Sera's feet to greet the Aron and the newly arrived Eevee with a delighted churr. Where did they come from? Where were their trainers? Mordecai lowered himself down to the ground and swiveled to greet the Eevee with a few clicking noises and a happy "bel!" It wasn't long though before he turned back to the fellow half steel-type.

"I've always thought hey were really cute, especially with those big eyes" Rosie added with a little giggle, watching Melody as she initiated interaction with the Aron and the new Eevee that showed up.
That was one thing Rosie loved most about events like this, all the people with all the different kinds of pokemon, and such unique beauties to~

Kiss Kiss had trotted over with Ana when the humans had moved away, seeing her trainer nearly trip quickened her pace, but nothing bad came of it.
Instead the Pikachu hurried over and stopped next to Melody, tail held high, and a smile on her face "Pika!" she greeted the other pokemon.

Rosie looked up when Luke came over, and nodded her head in reply to his question, a little embarrassed, but she just smiled through it. "I'm okay, it started me more than anything."
She couldn't turn to face him more fully because of the little Charmander having decided to sit down on her foot, but she faced him the best she could.
"Oh, let me introduce you to Seraphine, We go to the same school together," She said, with a gesture to the other, very beautiful young lady she was with.
"Seraphine, this is my friend Luke. He's visiting Kodo from off the Island."
She seemed very excited about two of her friends meeting one another.

Charlotte was walking away from the small funnel cake booth nibbling on her snack with her slightly arrogant Umbreon by her side. She ripped off a small piece of the pastry and knelt down beside him. She held the piece out to him but he turned his head away. She waved it there awhile longer but he refused the treat in distaste. "Fine," she chuckled "I'll eat it then." The umbreon seemed unaffected so she stood and ate the last of the treat. She was dusting her hands off on her jeans when the little guy ran off. "DRACO!" she called but to no avail, so she ran off after her snooty pokemon. She found him in the center of a ring of other, she assumed, trainers. Draco was surveying the Aron located at the middle of the circle. Charlotte reached in and scooped him up. "Draco don't run off from me like that," she cooed. The Umbreon wriggled, he hated being held like that but she didn't set him down only loosend her grip on him. "Sorry." She said to the trainers. Then looked down at the Aron "Is he yours?" She asked to the group "He's so cute!"

"All pokemon are pretty weird-looking," Luke mused idly in response to the girl's observation, turning a momentary glance toward the Beldum. If they were talking about weird pokemon, that was one right there... He couldn't get used to the things.

Somehow it wasn't a surprise at all that Rosie found them all cute.

She introduced Seraphine - that was it - and he nodded in acknowledgment. "We met, actually," he said with a vague shrug. Not that he appreciated the introduction any less, because there was no way he could have come up with Seraphine, of all things. He'd been erring more towards something like Farah... Granted, Farah and Sera were pretty similar.

With a mild interest, he regarded all of the pokemon that had accumulated around them. He had the feeling that at least half of them didn't even belong to any of the three trainers. Another recent arrival was scooped up by... someone. This one Luke definitely didn't know.

"Don't think so," he responded, looking back at the Aron. It definitely wasn't his, but Rosie and Seraphine didn't seem familiar with the thing either.

While he certainly was no stranger to festivals, Guy had to admit that he was pretty impressed by the little shin-ding that Camphoreon had managed to put on. It was by no means any festival that he had seen or attended on the Isle, but somehow that seemed to give this one more charm and... almost a friendlier feel. Either way, it had been a while since he had last attended any type of festival, carnival, or any other public celebration for the enjoyment of the general populace, and so he strode into the park with a pleasant smile on his face, ready to partake in a day of fun and relaxation.

Floating at his right shoulder was a tiny Litwick, whose eyes darted around him with curiosity and slight apprehension. What was this place...? Why were all of these people gathering here? How? Why? The noise was steadily growing louder and louder as they approached the entrance, and it made the Ghost Pokemon look around everywhere, turning his small self in a circle to get the full view. Guy glanced over to the Pokemon at his shoulder and gave a small chuckle. "Are you excited, Anonymes? This'll be your first festival. I'm sure that we'll have a lot of fun today!" In response to his trainer's obvious elation, the Litwick smiled in return and nodded back to him, even though he still was unsure about the whole thing...

As they passed through the entrance, Guy noticed a booth for Pokemon battles a short way away. He stopped, pondering for a moment, then took another glance at Anonymes, who was sticking close to his trainer's side, eyes still darting around nervously. Guy frowned slightly, then smiled and shrugged his shoulders. Perhaps another time, when the little Litwick wasn't so scared.

The two continued their short walk through the carnival, which was slowly becoming more and more populated by the minute. Out of the corner of his eye, Guy noticed a growing group of trainer that seemed to be crowding around... something. His attention was drawn away from the entire mass, though, as he focused on a head of red hair within the group. He could have sworn that that hair belonged to... Guy's blue eyes widened as he slowly began making his way to the group. Surely that hair was that of... "...Luke? Is that you?"
