“Oh, this and that.” Fighting crime and evildoers, shopping, exams, tanning, all those usually teenage things. But Morgan wouldn’t dare say that she was any sort of super hero, not when the news was crawling with the latest ‘terrorist attacks’. Strange things were happening in Destiny City, and stranger things had been happening to Circe. But, just like the David Bowie song said, Morgan turned and faced the strange changes. She accepted her new life as a senshi. It was part of her identity now, but she was sure to do the fighting when it was convenient. In all honesty, she hadn’t bothered to power up very much at all.
The project. Given her new status as a senshi, Morgan had metamorphosis on the brain. “I think, I’d like to do the one about life cycles of cells. Anything but the dissection project.” Morgan pulled a face; if there was anything about Biology that she hated, it was dissecting things.
The clerk returned clutching a quite the assortment of bags. “This is all we have in stock miss.” The clerk gave Marcella a hopeful pleading look, and avoided the scrutinizing eye of Morgan. Retail associates could always tell when someone might be difficult.

Marcella nodded. She had figured Morgan would want to avoid the dissection. The pre-med student thought all of the projects interesting, really, but she could understand why cutting things up did not appeal; not everyone wanted to go into the field for a living.
"Sure, that one works. It's not the easiest one on the list, too," she agreed. "So even if we don't get to pick first or second, that one should still be on the list." She sighed, moving over to another table displaying larger purses. "Year's almost over, at least."
Then she had all of her summer nursing classes to look forward to. Marcella was admittedly excited; she had nearly forgotten about the courses what with her strange new life, but that almost made the classes seem like a break.
"Oh, wow, thank you," Marcella said in response to the store clerk, turning towards her as she approached with more purses than the girl had been expecting. A bright spring green one caught her eye, and she reached out to take it so the clerk could disentangle the other bags from her arms. "This is actually perfect, thank you." She flashed Morgan a satisfied smile.

Morgan’s amber eyes narrowed with a slight tinge of jealousy when the sales girl came back with the new color selection. They were much better colors then the others, must have been new stock. That was always the key word with Morgan, new. The newer, the better. Her eyes shifted down to the other purse that she herself had picked up. It was still nice, and much bigger then the one that Marcella was getting. But the redhead couldn’t help but want what Marcella was getting too. She had to remind herself that she didn’t need a small purse, and that bigger was better anyways.
Forcing a smile, Morgan latched onto Marcella and dragged her off to the cash. After both girls had paid, Morgan placed her not defunct older tote bag into the new one she had just purchased. Linking arms with her lab partner, Morgan began to walk off in search of more goodies. There was shopping to be done and she would not rest until she was satisfied that she had it all.
