Kodi shrugged at Cream, "Neither was running from me... that hurt Cream... I'm not that scary..." she added slowly, lazily tilting her head to the side and looking at Shadow as he shouted. She found that he didn't really have a great temper after s few days of watching him yell at people when he was angry, which was rather often. She looked back at Cream, her eyes locking on Cheese as he flew to Cream and she stared at the small blue thing. She couldn't help but forget everything around her even existed when she caught sight of something like Cheese, and her tail wiggled out from behind her as her obviously easily grabbed attention stuck with the little blue and yellow creature flew near Cream.

Espio made himself appear. He had his hands folded together, and lowered them to his sides. "What, is the all mighty and powerful Shadow afraid of little ol' me?" asked the mutant calmly.
Shadow growled. "Watch it."
"I thought you were God Level? Surely that means you aren't scared so easily."
Shadow took a step towards him, scarlet eyes flashing dangerously, his spikey red-streaked black hair standing up not unlike a hedgehog's quills. Beneath his mask, Espio's mouth formed a slight smirk, although his eyes remained casual. The chameleon had a knack(nack?) for pissing Shadow off to the limit, but ceasing before he crossed that line. ~~

"Well you frightened me..." Cream looked at the ground, hands behind her back. Cheese hovered next to her, tilting his head to the side. "Chao..." Of course, both looked over at Shadow and Espio. She noticed that the black hedgehog seemed very angry...
(That's putting it lightly, Cream, but yes. I believe he is angry. xD)

Kodi would've stared at shadow and Espio if she hadn't been loocked on Cheese. She couldn't help but to get into a pouncing position. Her thick hair slipping over her shoulders as she leaned forward, and her ears flicked with her impatience. She was about to leap for Cheese, but just as she'd begun to, he moved again, hovering just a little bit to the right or left, forcing Kodi to reposition everytime to make sure she wouldn't miss when she jumped.
[Would you say that Kodi's hair is a light pale pink, or a white with a pink tint to it?]

Espio flinched slightly, becoming less relaxed. Something told him that he wouldn't be lucky enough to calm Shadow this time. The chameleon side-stepped right before Shadow's fist slammed into the metal wall behind him.
"You've pissed me off one too many times, Espio..."
"Try and find an invisible person." Espio closed his eyes. His body suddenly vanished. Shadow glanced around. "Damn you..." He growled, hands tightly clenched. ~~

Cream, who disliked violence very much, hurried over to Shadow. "Chao chao!" Cheese flew after her. The bunny-girl tugged on one of the hedgehog mutant's sleeves. "Excuse me, Mr. Shadow?"

Just as Kodi leaped for Cheese, he flew with Cream over to Shadow, and Kodi went tumbling to the floor. She rolled until she was crouched down on her feet, then she groaned as she flopped onto her back, "I'm really getting tired of this...." she grumbled to herself. It seemed that everytime that Kodi was trying to focus, Shadow managed to make her mess up with his foul temper and habits. She sat up, her eyes narrowing as she looked at Shadow. She was pretty sure that he was stronger than her, but not by much. Indeed she was an average level mutant, but she was practically a god level one, although she didn't take up the title and was kept at an average level. That didn't matter though. When Kodi was mad there was no stopping her. She would raise up to god levels if she was enraged enough, and right now, Shadow was dangerously close to pushing her up past her cool and calm outlook on things, which was quite hard to do. Sighing with great irritaion, Kodi stood up and walked back to the couch, sitting down and crossing her legs as she closed her eyes and lowered her head enough to block her view of her surroundings and so she could only see the floor with her hair. With her arms folded over her knee, Kodi attempted to ignore everything and calm back down.

Cream cowered slightly, ears flat against the sides of her head. "Please don't hurt Espio, Mr. Shadow. It's not right." She said softly, frowning.

Kodi's ear flickered over to face Shadow and Cream, then she glared up at Shadow. She swore, if he did anything to Cream then she would snap and tackle him, she didn't care if she was only an Average and most likely be beaten by shadow in a fight, (but not without roughing him up a bit as well), she would not sit by and watch him hurt Cream. She probably wouldn't've cared if it were another weak leveled mutant, but Cream was like a little sister to Kodi, they were fairly close, but she wasn't too sure if Cream really even like'd Kodi or if she was only polite and kind to every person who was stronger than her. Oh well, it didn't matter. Shadow was not about to hurt Cream if Kodi had any say in it no matter if Cream did hate her or not.
[Psh, no. rolleyes : o I can't decide what color to have Kodi's eyes. I was thinking a pretty purple, but I don't know....]

Speaking of Espio....
The chameleon, now in another section of the living area, made himself visible. He figured he was safe for now... ~~

Cream's eyes widened. She stepped back, grabbing Cheese and hugging him tight. "N-no thank you..."

Kodi couldn't take it anymore. She stood up quick enough that one couldn't see it with the naked eye as she glared at Shadow, "Don't you dare think about touching her.... she didn't do anything wrong." she said as she took a few long strides and stood next to Cream, grabbing her arm and pulling her back from Shadow as she continued to give him an icy glare. She knew that she shouldn't be picking fights with him, but she couldn't help when someone helpless like Cream was being used as a source of ridding one's anger by someone like Shadow, "I don't care if you are one of the god levels, I'll kick your a** before I let you touch her..... plus, picking on a weakling or average when your a god is rather pathetic and one of those below the belt moves." she said cooly, not caring that she was about three or four inches shorter than Shadow and that she was bitting off more than she could chew with a statement like that.
