"Ah alright" she replied to Jane. Carol had normally stuck to fish and more vegetable-based foods most of her life too; hence the salad. But a bit of meat here and there never really hurt. She filled a glass of juice and slid it over to Sara. "Where do you think Sphyria might have gone?"

((lol yes, Jane Says)) "Hm. Well I hope she's okay, and that she's with Astrol. Maybe if she feels better we can all watch a movie later" Carol stated. The recreation room/lounge was usually a place for enjoyment; plus she was thinking Sara might like it there alot. Carol finished making her salad. She took the hamburger buns in her hands and brought them over to the stove area. The beef was at its most delicious point now. She put two of the hamburgers on a plate for Sara, and placed them in front of her. "Ketchup?" she asked, already digging through the kitchen's refrigerator.

Carol revealed the ketchup from the refrigerator's doors and handed it to Sara. "Here you go... Bon appetit!" She looked at her own burger and the salad, as if in debate on which to eat first. Her feathered hands went for the bowl of salad, and she quickly found a stool and began eating.

Carol's pose on her stool resembled that of a gargoyle's. Her claws and piercing eyes only added to that effect as she forked at her salad. Swallowing down a lettuce leaf drenched in dressing, she asked Sara yet another question about school, "How were your teachers Sara? What sort of classes did they have you take?". She was especially curious about schools; the communities had always been so mysterious to her. She hoped Sara didn't mind all her questions about school. Hopefully there were no terrible memories of the place.

"Most of them were okay. A couple of them were very bitter. The classes were adaquite, though i hated my science class." Sara said between bites.

Carol smiled, digging through her salad in search of a tomato. "Aw but science is a beautiful subject" she responded, remembering looking through books on biology, weather, and space. She had never herself grasped the arts of chemistry--mainly because her 'parents' lives had ended so abruptly-- but she was sure to find interest in it if she were given the chance to study it once again. "What science class was it?" she asked. She didn't doubt that there were those few classes that weren't exactly as fascinating.

Jane listen to the conversation intently. She remembered the private school that her parents forced to go when she was still living in England. How she hated that school. All the students there were such snobs.

Carol frowned, trying to recall the term 'geology'. "Oh yes, that's studies on earth.. i think.. yes?" she asked Sara. Her last home-schooling was when she was 12. As she thought harder on the subject, she began to recall bits of taught information. The study of rocks and evolution of the planet was actually a quite interesting field to learn in. It was quite fascinating. Yet, Carol easily found anything fascinating. She understood Sara disliked the field however, and wondered if she should move on or give a lecture about the wonders of science. She decided to stuff more salad in her mouth and wait to see how the conversation would turn out.
