"That I believe." He laughed and followed after her amused at her silence, it seemed she had everything in her pack running smoothly enough that she had no need of an extra pair of jaws.
"Well since I hunted for myself it would only be fair that I should help hunt for the pack as well..." He chuckled and glanced around curiously. "You say you've no need of protection, but your lands seem vast...and fairly undisturbed...don't you have southern packs that might enroach? Or to the north?" Little did Sleet know about Pipers pact with The Reign of Terror, he had luckily passed far away enough from their borders that he hadn't run into the infamous pack.

Piper smiled to herself, slinking along beside him. "I could use a capable hunter," she said, with a sharp nod. "And you never know, maybe if you stick around you can be assigned hunting captain." She looked at him to guage his reaction.
As he spoke of other packs sliding onto her territory, the large alphess growled. "I have scouts on certain sections, true. Though I believe Chernabog's Reign Of Terror would never encroach... The alpha and I..." She let a lazy smirk cross her lips. "We get along. I offered tribute in the form of my daughter. May sound heartless, but she's a strong, capable thing."
Shaking her head, she decided. "But personally...I'd rather you warm my den for a few nights... And see where that leads us?" Her words inflected upwards, more hope in her voice that she'd hoped as once more she took in the sturdy, cocky young male. Mine...her mind wanted to claim him.

"I'm more then capable, but I'd rather show then tell..." He followed her and couldn't help but give a pleased grin at the idea of captaining a hunt. He had never tried working with others before, being able to take down larger prey would be a sure bonus.
Reign of Terror? Sounded like a scary bunch, but Piper didn't seem to worried about them. A female who would sacrifice her own daughter to secure her lands, now that was power and passion for her pack. He found himself starting to admire more then her figure.
"I'd be more then happy to warm you up..." He smirked and followed after her wondering if he was willing to settle down and allow this female to become his alpha.
