Clothing: Fluffy almost furry looking white vest, no shirt underneath it should be open. Wearing a skirt (shown in ref) except instead of black and pink it should be white and pink, fluffy and short ^ - ^ I don't know if you would call it clothing per say but, on a simple thin black belt around his waist with two little pink pouches attached that have a black skull on one, and a heart on the other.
