Junko nodded. She was always there for Viola, always had been. Her strange, yellow eyed Viola. The vixen nodded once more, knowing that Gene wanted an answer and would pry for once. "Yes. It was my duty." She said, looking at the winged female and nodding yet again, unsure what to do. Was this a good answer? Or was it not suitable? Was she supposed to elaborate? Or, would Gene leave it be? How was this going to make her angry? Seriously, she had so many questions for once, but kept them silent. She didn't feel the need to voice them.
"I am the oldest girl. I protect her."

Well the answer is definitely better than just a nod like I was expecting. Perhaps the cliff dive to start was better idea then just an excuse to squeeze this cute little vixen. “Did she disobey you a lot? What did you do when she did? How would you have felt had your sister died under your care? Or perhaps had been murdered? What would to do the fox that killed her and why?” Anyone else would look at me like I’m nuts for asking these kind of questions. Still bringing them up to Junko makes her at least think about them which is a good way to make her start feeling even if she doesn’t know exactly what she feeling. Judging by her last statement Junko feels it’s her duty to protect her little sister but does she realize how protective that makes her?

Junko was silent for a good minute once more as she pondered the questions asked to her. Junko was not really sure what to respond with, other than honesty, and honesty did not often sound kind when spoken through her words. However, she looked at the vixen, blinked, and opened her mouth.
"I didn't order her to do anything, I merely stayed by her side." Junko glanced at the 'Phim, blinking at her silently before shaking her head. "If she was going to hurt herself I would lift her onto my back." Now that she thought about it, she was more of a servant than a sister. Always at Viola's side, waiting patiently, silent as Viola played with her friends. Always silent.
"If she was killed I would...." She trailed off, unsure what to say and looking at Gene silently. What was she supposed to say? She didn't even know how she felt about Viola. Did she love her? Why did she follow Viola and only her? Not Lilie or Pepper? "I don't know."

“You were protecting her from herself when you lifted her up. What did you do when she tried to get down and do whatever she had been doing before? ” Geeze this poor girl really hasn’t been able to live her own life at all. “Didn’t you want to do something else rather than watch your sister?”I’m sure there must have been something that you have wanted to do at some point Junko, even if it isn’t something grand or wild.
Stretching her wings and sighing lightly. Gene scotched closer to Junko and poked her. “It is ok not to know that to do. That’s usually confusion. But how you feel about the fox that ‘killed’ your sister? Do you feel a heat in your belly or a pain in your chest at the thought of that happening?”

What did she feel? Junko did not know mentally, however physically she felt like she was nauseous. She felt like her heart was in her throat, though, wasn't that impossible? Wouldn't someone die from that? Now she wondered if she was going to die. Would Viola be sad? Or would she not care? Sometimes Junko wondered if Viola only saw her as some babysitter.
"Nauseous." She said, a simple and quick answer. She turned to Gene, giving her a blank stare. "My heart is here." She pointed at her throat, tail flicking absently. She felt the need to add: "Not literally." As if Gene would think otherwise.
She stopped, blinking. "It would depend on why they killed her." She added as a afterthought, nodding to herself rather than Gene. "If it was self defense, it would be different."

“Nauseous with your heart in your throat. Basically you are feeling sick and upset at the thought of your sister being killed. Usually feeling like your heart is in your throat and finding it tough to speak are signs of worry and sadness. I know that your heart isn’t really in your throat but it feels that way.” Gene nodded in understanding. At least Junko did feel things on a physical level even if she didn’t know the emotional name that was associated with such feelings.
Did she just admit that a fox killing her sister out of self defense would be different? Well I suppose that’s true after all hating a fox just for surviving is something that’s hard to do. still I didn't expect for her to see that. “Self defense is understandable, but I was referring to a fox killing your sister because they enjoyed killing and your sister was an easy target.”

(( Junko is so difficult. ))
Pleasure? A fox that killed for pleasure? She stared at Gene, wondering quickly what fox would do that. Her uncle Sin was know for being an ex-murderer. Now, he was settled down and even trying to redeem himself. Though, she heard the stories. What if someone like him killed Viola? What if she wasn't there to stop it? What if she was, but, she just couldn't stop it? What if she was forced to watch? What i-
Her heart stopped for a brief second, breath catching in her throat. What was this new feeling? She felt hot, but, shaky at the same time. She turned to Gene, ear flicking absently. "I feel hot and I am trembling. I want to hurt something, but, isn't that wrong? Is that a bad feeling?" Were there such things?

(no she is just learning what her emotions are. All good.)
Shaking her head Gene smiled. “That is anger. You want to hurt any fox that would kill your sister for pleasure. No it’s not a bad feeling. You only want to protect your family. That is perfectly natural. I know I would want to rip apart a fox if they hurt someone dear to me, like your sister is dear to you.” Blinking her green catlike eyes slowly Gene considered the vixen before her. Junko’s green, black and grey fur looked so very soft. She wanted to stoke Junko and calm her.. cuddle her… and well it was best not to dwell on such things since she was trying to help Junko feel emotions.. Love and lust could come later. “Let’s see you’ve had a taste of fear, sorrow, and anger. You know how protective you are.. Let’s see what next….”

Junko watched Gene, tail wrapping under her. Absently, she wondered if she was going to pick something difficult. Curiosity, Junko knew that emotion fairly well. One of the few things she understood of emotions, the longing to know more. She waited patiently for the vixen to speak once more, tail uncurling and flicking past a few blades of grass. She was curious of pleasure, remembering the comment of a fox enjoying the feeling of murder. Why would someone feel pleasure? Wasn't pleasure a good thing, and murder bad?
She also understood confusion, slightly.

Must Junko be so cute and distracting? I doubt she even knows how difficult it is for me to concentrate when she is doing things like wrapping up like a little bundle of pounce-able cuteness. “Well now before we go further do you have any questions? Any emotion your curious about? I think some such as ‘pain’ are quite self explanatory, but before I jump into any more emotions I wanted to see if you were understanding at least the basics of the ones I’ve helped you understand a bit more already.”
If she says pleasure I will not be held account able for my actions.

What other emotions were there? Junko was silent for a period of time. She had been taught basic emotions that within time she knew could lead to her discovering more advanced emotions. Did she know happiness? Comfort? Peace? Pleasure? Joy?
"Happiness." Junko said, looking up at Gene quietly. She glanced to the side when she saw a bird flutter by, but other than that she was silent and still. Her eyes raised to glance over at Gene, blinking. Why was she helping her? Did Gene realize that Junko was a lost cause?

“Ah happiness the most tedious and troublesome emotion of them all. Some foxes find joy in gardening or hunting, others find it in raising kits or taking care of their families. Still others find pleasure in physical contact alone without the need for emotional endearment. ”
Moving closer to Junko Gene raised a paw and stroked Junko’s hair softly barely controlling her desire to pounce Junko and kiss the vixen. “Still others can find pleasure simply in being around another fox. Much the way I derive pleasure from your presence. ”

She blinked at the hair stroke, eyes following the paw slightly before locking onto the vixen's eyes. When had pleasure become a part of happiness? Absently she wondered if she found pleasure in being with her sister. Sometimes Viola would run off and she'd feel somewhat restless, but what else did she feel? Every night she would curl up on her or sleep by her side, head on Junko's stomach silently. Did she enjoy that?
"How does one know if they feel pleasure?" She questioned. Was it the same as happiness? But she didn't even understand that either. Emotions... did she not understand them or did she just not know what the words for them were? Sometimes she didn't know.

“Well pleasure is the desire to do something again and again because it feels good and right. It makes you happy to do it. Sometimes you can tell because you look forward to doing the activity again. It will feel like little phims bouncing about in your stomach or you’ll start breathing a bit faster and your paws might get sweaty. ” Waving a paw in the air up and down and Junko Gene smiled. “can you think of anything you would like to try and see if it makes you happy or gives you any amount of pleasure?”
Say something cute and I might just have to pounce your or go for a long flight to burn off some of this energy I’m feeling right now. Honestly. It should be crime to be so cute.

(( Junko really isn't trying to be cute, Lol. ))
Junko eyed the paw moving, tail flicking. What made people happy? What caused pleasure? She thought back on her parents briefly, a mother who was happier than a bunny itself, and a rather pessimistic father that seemed to grow sweeter when her mother was around. She looked at Gene, nodding.
"I have noticed my mother and father enjoy snuggling, though I can not understand why. When my sister cuddles with me it feels hot, temperature wise, but I don't find myself constantly wanting to do it." She said, blinking. "Am I defective?" She asked absently.
