Before Shoechii went for another cup of sake, he decided to take it easy for now before getting another because he can feel the very faint effect of the sake coming. The captain place his sake cup next to him then he laid on his back with both his hands behind his head, as he laid there he gazed at the clear blue lively sky see birds and insects flying around this feeling and view reminded him the same day when he sat down to drink with Chaos, even though that day didn't end well that one moment was still peaceful as ever and he will never forget that feeling he felt that day. As he laid back on the sheet the beautiful sakura peddles flew with the gently calm breeze.

Shoechii just laid back on the sheet, he was about to close his eyes but while his eyes was slowly closing he heard Jugai's questions and slightly impress on his curiosity on the subject of the past Captain of this Squad. Taking a deep breath, he decided to fill him in on a little about the former captain "The former Captain was name Chaos Leirith, Chaos was a very formidable opponent he was not only he was stronger than any of the other Shinigami Captains but he was as well smart and cunning, he was the hardest opponent I have ever fought and yes he was the little birdy as well" he informed Jugai while sitting up. "If you think your up for the train then sure I will train you."

With a slight chuckle at Jugai response, Shoechii couldn't bare but to laugh because this training is gonna be one of the most hardest ones yet for him "Hehe, if I was you don't get to over your head because this training will break you" he informed him while getting up. Once he got up the captain rolled up the sheet and calls the umbrella "Well wait right here and I will be back" he picked up all the things he brought with him but before heading back to the office "As for Chaos, every Shinigami knows that there are three ways to become a Captain" he said to Jugai then he left to the office while leaving he Lieutenant behind pondering on the words he said.

Once he got back to the office, Shoechii put everything back where they belong then he grabbed his first-aid kit and other things he would need for this. The captain walked out his office with his door still in pieces he headed back to Jugai in the meditation garden where he left his Lieutenant at waiting, once he got back to Jugai with all the things he needed Shoechii was ready to set off "So are you ready Jugai?" asking him.

Early in the morning Jugai walked into the Squad 8 meditation garden and started to make his way to the waterfall beyond the garden. When he arrived at the waterfall, he removed the upper part of his robe and placed it on the floor. Jugai walked into the little river until he found a flat stone directly under the waterfall. He got on the stone and sat down indian style while placing his zanpaktou on his lap. The water was rushing down on his back made him feel relaxed and calm. He raised his head up and started to meditate under the waterfall without losing focus. (Day 1)

Shoechii decided to head to the meditation in the Meditation Garden to strengthen his connection with himself as well as to try to find a to a way to restrict and secure his reiatsu even more so that he can intensify and enhance his self as well as his reiatsu even further. Once he got there, he saw Jugai meditating but he didn't want to disturb hims so Shoechii just sat down and starts to meditate.

Still trying to find a way to further himself in his concentration, he went back to the Meditation Garden so that he can continue to meditate. Going to the same spot where he was yesterday, he found it surprising that he saw Jugai here again meditating so he sat down and started to meditate once again while going into his inner world this time around.
