Andromeda pouted when the shoe missed its target, really wishing she hadn't thrown the shoe now. Now she'd either have to take off the other one to stay balanced or somehow keep herself from falling and breaking her freaking ankle while she ran around him to get her shoe back. But then it'd be a matter of having the time to retie it. Dangit! This was hard! But now he was laughing at her and it was a major blow to her ego, but as he came closer she gasped and scrambled across the grass to try and get away from him.
Wait...he was...offering her help up? And just talking to her? And..wh..what...? Whaaaat was going on? This didn't make any sense.
Her eyes turned suspiciously toward the hand being offered to her, looking up at his face and then the hand again. Was it a trick? Was he going to try to kill her the moment she let her guard down and trusted him? Andromeda looked down at her own hands, gloved and safe from stinging him if she touched him...he wasn't threatening her, and she'd hate to look a gift horse in the mouth...
With a nervous, trembling hand she reached up and accepted the help up, hobbling awkwardly with her one bare foot. This was annoying. "..I'm still taller than you." She told him simply, pouting and releasing his hand. Andromeda had no reason to trust him, did she? He was a negaverse general! He had no reason to be nice to her! It had to be a trick..

"...Slightly." He conceded with a slight prickle returning to his tone. "But not quite so significant..." He did however consider hurling her other shoe off the building.
"Or is that supposed to make you feel better." He added with arched eyebrow.
"Zinkenite..." He said with a small bow. "at your acquaintance..." He straitened and glanced her over for a moment before taking a few steps back... backwards till his heel bumped her shoe and then stooped to pick it up.
"You'll cut your feet to ribbons if you don't put this back on." He said amused.

"Still taller." She quipped back with a slight huff. It did make her feel better admitting she was taller than the tiny general, especially after she had been so easily spooked. He bowed and she blinked, hobbling back a step away from him. Zinkenite. Okay. She'd commit that to memory.
...But she was taught to be polite. Sigh. "Andromeda..of jellyfish." She didn't realize she was basically answering his own question as to why her touch stung. She watched as he backed away himself, tilting her head and watching him. Where was he going? Was he just going to introduce himself and run?
Oh. He was making fun of her. Andromeda frowned and looked down at her feet, giving a little 'hmph!' and turning her nose up at it. She was going to pretend this was..below her. It was pretend, but she couldn't let him see her as weak or something silly like that. "Thanks..." She took the shoe and got down on the ground to put the shoe back on, slipping it on her foot and lacing the ribbon up her leg until it matched the one on her other foot.
There was something she just had to know though. When Andromeda finished tying her shoe back on she stood, brushing herself off before reaching up to tug and twirl and thread her fingers through her own hair. She was nervous. "Um..why are you suddenly being nice to me?" It didn't make sense!

"Because I can..." He said with a simple shrug. "polite let me learn your name, and your sphere without getting my face stung again. Rude just got us both hurt...sometimes, respect is a great deal more powerful than fear."
"So... still fighting or... shall I let you go?" His eyes glittered with some amusement "This round we'll call a freebie... if you want."

Oh no! Was she supposed to do that? Was that some kind of big no-no? Oops...she'd have to ask! He had a point though, she didn't want to fight him. At first it was only because she just wanted to see who it was but now she knew that if she tried to fight him he could easily kill her. Was he really just going to let her have this? Go home safe and sound with her starseed untouched? Ophelia would undoubtedly be upset when she came home looking the way she did. Oh dear...but it was better than dying. Andromeda frowned, taking a step back but never taking her eyes off him for a second. "You'll just...let me go? Just like that?" She wasn't complaining or anything. In fact it was the opposite! Andromeda just wanted to be sure this wasn't a trick.
"If this is a freebie...what if..what if we meet again?" Andromeda would not be seeking him out. No way, no how. But what if she stumbled upon him again? What if she caught him trying to steal someone's starseed and kill them? There was no way she could just let him get away with that, there was no way she could just turn around and pretend she didn't see anything. But she didn't want to fight him...

"Well... if you prefer you can owe me one, Who knows...maybe next time I'll have tea and you can tell me more about your side... who knows. Perhaps a little more information about you people rather than being attacked all the time might put an end to this war."
He bowed with a rather silly flourish again... grinning enormously and then vanished into nothing.

Was he serious? Andromeda blinked, not hiding any of the confusion she was feeling. Tea? Sitting and talking? Well...hey! Actually, if he meant it that wouldn't be so bad! She actually smiled and played nervously with her hair again, giving a little nod. "Maybe...I..I don't really know much yet but...I'll bring the cookies if you bring the tea?" She teased with a small smile, watching as Zinkenite bowed and disappeared.
Wait! Where did he go?! Her hands left her hair and she stepped closer to where the general had just been, looking all around for some sign of him. Wh..did..how..? Darn, she was really going to need some kind of teacher. She didn't like not knowing things. But hey! Her first experience with a negaverse, with a general no less, and she got off with just a 'threat' to sit and have tea and chat? Not so bad! Hope swelled within her heart and she grinned, her hands balling into fists as she suddenly cheered, throwing her arms into the air as she jumped into the air. There was hope! Maybe they could just find a way to make peace? Stop the fighting? Oh, man! That would be so cool! Especially if she got to be a part of that movement! "I gotta tell Ophelia!" She gasped, giggling with excitement and running. First she ran into a nearby alley to power down to lower her risk of being attacked. She got lucky with General Zinkenite, there was no promising she'd have that kind of blessing again with anyone else. She then ran home, excited to have something to tell Ophelia.
