I like the ads - expecially the first one.
And, obviously, they're not graphic. That's just another silencing method. They're obviously more afraid of the message than the actual images.

too graphic? i mean.. i was expecting some pictures of post-abortion babies or something... i would have somewhat understood.. but seriously.. gah. i agree with most when i say i like the first one the best.

wow, the pic i have posted before made people throw up, so i thought it would be something along those lines...
but that is too graphic?
in that case... i have seen several things that are too graphic!! xp
my eyes!! my eyes!!! eek
i really feel bad for those who think it is too graphic...

I like the first one best. I agree with everyone who has said the ads are not graphic. They are effective but in no way the gory bloody pictures I have seen before. If they have been banned then that is censorship going way too far. I don't have a problem either with really graphic images of aborted babies being shown - after all it is the truth, it is happening and people who are considering an abortion should be shown the reality.

even if it showed the results of abortion it would not be too graphic, i think. i mean, so long as it is not slanderous. if it is the truth, why hide it? if one cannot bear to look, let alone partake, perhaps they should be pro-life?

Well, the problem with that is, the ads will be somewhere that children can see it. In their minds, we don't post pictures of tonsilectomies or triple bipass heart transplants in the papers. Why? Because they are a little bit gruesome, and disturbing. And I would agree that graphic images shouldn't be put in the paper; I wouldn't want images of beheaded civilians being part of an ad against terrorism.

it's true, in canada, any abortion is legal, free and elective.

And anyone who claims that they are "too graphic" knows in their heart that they're too cowardly to realize that every word and every picture you just showed us carries a message that not only America - but the WORLD - must hear. Anyone who denies the truth in these pictures is just too afraid to admit that they're WRONG, and that BECAUSE lifers respect human rights (unlike their claims stare ), we know that human life comes before human rights. My point is, whoever said, "These pictures are too graphic" is saying, "These pictures will prove me wrong in front of millions of people." And I pray that, one day, abortion and all who support it are proved WRONG, WRONG, and WRONG in front of the whole damned WORLD.[/rant] I could not agree with you more right now. 3nodding
