Hmm... such an odd question. Bongani thought to himself, slowly sitting down, then laying down so he didn't seem so threatening to the the lioness. He had to wonder how to answer the question. He was always told that it was common courtesy to tell someone it was nice meeting them, even if they didn't know them.
"I do not need to know you to say that it was a pleasure to meet you. Meeting someone new is a blessing because you never know when is the next time you might run across another, especially if you wander like me." He explained to her.

What an interesting way of thinking, Mapenzi thought to herself as she relaxed just a bit when the large, scary looking lion lay down. Her herself was crouched low and lay down as well, seeing as she was already against the ground. Black ears folded back and dhe ooked over the lions looks again. Big, husky, and well, overall fearful in her eyes. Yet he was being kinda about talking to her.
"O-Oh, I see... s-s-so you're... being nice?" The youngin' stuttered lightly, eyes glancing to him then away to other things, not keeping them in one place. "T-That's... a nice w-way to th-think...~"

Bongani continued to be his usual self. He knew that his scales and size were daunting, but he never allowed it to get to his head, nor allowed it to have him abuse it against others. Those who use intimidation to get what they wanted were lowly to him and knew it would never work on him, even if it did result in a fight. So, the lion just remained calm and allowed the young lioness to calm herself and become used to his presence.
At her question, he nodded softly, his dark mane falling slightly into his face. "Yes, it is quite refreshing to be kind to others. You have given me no reason to be otherwise, so I do not see why I cannot be nice to you." He told her, deep voice softly declared.
