Alruna smiled at them all and looked at Fair and smiled. "Oh i see. Well you seem well. I like seeing you two girls so strong and full of fight. It will be helpful. I'll work on Stone some." she said as she picked up their names. "My name is Alruna or some people call me Runa." she said with a smile. "Its nice to meet you all." she looked at Stone and smiled as she leaned over. "If you wanna dance i can set you up with a teacher." She said with a wink.
"Now to get started you all need to loosen up and stretch. Or you might pull something when you move how i am teaching you. So follow my movements and we'll get you all stretched out." she said with a smile as she started them on some simple stretches and some yoga moves.
