You have a really, excellent, well-rounded quest here! I would love to see Kallos in action (and I rather demand RP, especially with my quest character ;D ).
I read it three times, but gosh, I can't think of anything to nitpick about. Good luck, dearie! <3

I'm having some trouble coming up with actual critique so here are just some questions instead. XD
If needed, can Kallos substitute other substances for his ink? Like say... blood for example?
How is he as an artist? Is he able to illustrate things as well as write them?
And... just a random thought even though he doesn't need them to write but does he collect quills at all?

Questions are just as welcome as crits~ :'D Thanks Blade~
-- The substitution would probably have to have SOME sort of connection to ink, in some way, shape, or form. Like, if he really needed to, he could eat charcoal/charred wood, and drink some water, and his ectoplasm would be able to convert it into the ink he uses. (Since some forms of ink are made out of powdered coal and water, thus that would be connected to ink in general.) Things like blood, however, would probably not work, unless he somehow found some recipe or instruction manual on how to extract minerals, etc. (Or convinced himself that some people write with blood. But this is a long shot since he's probably squeemish about real blood. (As opposed to his ink. Since ink = blood to Kallos. XD;; )
-- As an artist, he is actually very good at illustrating things. (As illustrations would fall under the job of a scribe in the olden days (Such as making the illustrations around letters and accompanying information.)) So yes, he can usually illustrate things just as well as he can write. Style-wise, he doesn't usually draw people as much as illustrations to accompany information and notes. (As a side note, Kallos really likes doing the calligraphic stylized letters found at the top of pages in old books.)
-- Oooh~ He might, if he started coming across some. This would be out of both liking to surround himself with things he likes and out of survival. After all, if he had a lot of quills around him, how would anyone know which one was actually his Haunt Object (and thus force him to do something for them by finding it and threatening him with it's destruction or something.) Similar, he probably collects copies (as in he's copied down everything inside of them and eaten the copied-down notes and possibly re-written the notes form memory before returning the original material) of old books and papers, along with quills and old pens (similar to his own).
Thanks for the questions~ I like being able to flesh him out through them. *Hadn't thought of him collecting stuff.* ^^;

I have a question <3 What kind of student would he be more likely to get along with? ex. Ghosts, reapers, demons And what students would he have a harder time with? Crit back?

Frezir~ Thank you for the questions! ^^
General Information Concerning Kallos' Views on The Other Races:
Along the lines of who he gets along with (and who he doesn't get along with) in general stereotyping of the groups, the list works out something like this:
--Probably at the top are ghosts, as they are usually not as scary as the other groups, and physically, he thinks it would be harder for another ghost to hurt him.
-Demons are next on the list. At this point you're probably asking -yourself, "Wait, but I thought demons would probably be the people who would make him work/bully him. Tri, you're not making any sense." BUT, I can explain this. While Demons would probably tend to scare him, they also give him the greatest opportunity to use his skills in a manner that could actually help others, and be able to work as a scribe (since this is Kallos' inner wish/goal/whatever, as long as they are not scaring him, Kallos is content to work for a Demon.) Plus, usually demons understand that something works better if it's not broken or injured. XD;
--Undead in general are barely better than monsters, if only because they also are creatures living out a second life. Most undeads scare him though, since they tend to look a little...on the odd side.
--Monsters would probably be considered at the bottom, since they tend to be the scariest of the students. The more frightening the student, the most Kallos is probably going to be like, "O A O;;; " when he sees them. Plus, monsters tend to have the whole physical strength aspect, which Kallos has none of, and they could easily beat him up.
If you'll notice, Reapers have not been included in this list. That's because they're a bit of a complicated subject. Kallos' opinion on Reapers is torn nearly in half. Some types of reapers he just can't stand, while others could be his best friend. Here's how this works out:
--If a Reaper is of a class that harvests souls as their main thing (like, a Grim Reaper, as opposed to a Witch or something), Kallos might not like them. But that depends on their personality. If they actually care and want to do their job, and you know, make sure they actually get to the ghosts before they turn into ghosts, Kallos will be alright with them. If the Reaper instead doesn't care a bit about their job, or uses others for their own gain in a malicious manner, Kallos won't like them. (This is due to Kallos finding out that the reason he was unconcious for a long time after he was brought over (which was also not good for him since it took so long, but Kallos doesn't really mind them that much) was because the Reaper who'd brought him had used his Calligraphy Pen as a BRIBE. WHO DOES THAT?!? >O Kallos is scarred for unlife now against bribing Reapers. >.>)
--On the other hand though, if the Reaper is not a soul harvester (as their main job, so here I'm talking about Reapers like Warlocks and Witchs) in application, Kallos will most likely be alright with them. If the Reaper is kind or actually cares about people, Kallos will probably look up to them. If they act as bribers or malicious, place them in between the Undead and Monsters in his list. (This is because after Kallos' tramatic time as a bribe, the Warlock who'd gotten his pen from the first Reaper was a very nice old man. As the Warlock had taken Kallos under his wing and practically treated the Haunt like a son, Kallos is now accepting of these types of Reapers.)
Oh, and a side note. If a student somehow has something to do with fire, Kallos is automatically more terrified of them, since he really, really doesn't like fire. If a student has something to do with water, his terror is even worse than with a fire person.
These are just generalizations, as there are probably many exceptions to these ideas. Some Examples out of other characters (out of the quests) that are expections are: -Cat (Hostel's Quest), a Shade (?)Ghost, is quite possibly the most terrifying person to Kallos. Maybe. -Danny (Chi's Quest), a FIRE demon, has the potential of becoming one of Kallos' friends, and the person who he's constantly having to watch so she doesn't jump off a roof. -Sybaline (Ice's Quest), a Patchwork Undead, wouldn't horribly scare Kallos, but interaction with her would be awkward since they have nothing in common.
So, yeah. XDD There's Kallos In Relation to the Other Races. ^^
(And I'll be sure to crit you back Frezir, as soon as I get the time. ^^)

You're welcome~ I wasn't expecting to type so much. XD;;;
Krovi is paranoid and kind of scared (from my brief look over), right? Kallos would probably get along with him. Or not get along, but still get along in that "Well, it could be worse" way, you know? (If that makes any sense. XDD; ) I'll crit him soon-ish and actually read over his stuff fully. ^^
