Hobbies:
Track and Field
Micah is fast. Very fast. If she isn't absolutely still, she's either walking very fast or running, whichever is more socially accepted. This makes her perfect for track and field. The only drawback is that, like all sprinters, Micah lacks the stamina to keep running for long periods of time. She can complete a sprinting event with relative ease and then run a little more just for kicks. However, if she pushes herself too hard, say for two sprinting events without a resting period in between, then she gets worn out. This still doesn't stop her, however, from testing her limits periodically. Afterward is always the same story. She huffs and she puffs, her lungs hurt, her legs shake, and she feel great as she collapses onto her couch.

Baby Sitting
Micah has a soft spot for children, she always has. She can't really stand other people, but children up to the age of 10 are a different story. Something about the inherent innocence of a child makes her feel better, even though there might not being anything to feel bad about. For the time she spends babysitting, she's able to pretend that the child is her own, and dote upon him or her. While she won't spoil them rotten, she has been known to sneak them a cookie before lunch form time to time, or let then play one more game before nap time if they were especially good that day. She loves watching the faces of little ones light up when she arrives at their house and announces, "today we're making cookies!"

Jurassic Park
When Micah was a girl her parents would sit her and her twin brother in front of the TV and flip on Jurassic Park. "We're going out kids, just stay there." And the two of them would get lost in the world of Jurassic Park. It's why Micah loves dinosaurs so much. It's why she spends so much time researching and learning all she can about the extinct ecosystem. From plant life to the food chain, Micah can spout anything anyone needs to know about dinosaurs, especially velociraptors.

Just questions more than crit really, you mentioned her parents would stick on TV whilst they headed out. Did they do this often? Did she find the imagery world of dinosaurs a substitute for the fact her parents were not around as much as she wanted them to be? If her research was somehow to distract her from the fact that they did not spend a lot of time with her and her brother?

Puzzler
Micah's love of puzzles expands beyond just a mere cardboard game. To her, everything can be treated as a puzzle -- and being good that them makes that a major advantage. She believes that every problem in life has a solution, that all the pieces are there, and it only takes a sharp mind to put them together. Much like a puzzle. Micah has exactly the analytical mindset it takes to solve such complex problems. Even tests are just riddles waiting to be solved. She has all the information in her mind, she just needs to organize it and put it into place.

Eager
Along with Micah’s eager nature, she had developed into a very brave young woman. After all, you can’t really tuck into a bowl of atomic curry when you’re himming and hawing “Oh… I don’t know…” Micah tucks in her napkin and keeps her milks close at hand. She utilizes this bravery in real life too. Chances are if there’s a tough situation at hand, Micah is already either up to her elbows in s**t or has dived head first into it.

Brave
Micah has been described by many teachers as zealous… passionate. Her friends call her spastic. Micah is just very eager. About everything. Everything in Micah’s life holds some new wonder for her and she just can’t wait to discover them. The smallest things like her alarm going off a minute early and the fact that her toast was burnt. She is just so ready to experience everything her life had to throw at her.

I think you make a point about puzzles here but they are not in her hobbies I think you should put puzzles down as one especially if you are calling on her love of them as a personality trait! - then go away from puzzles on the trait and call more on the fact she has a analytical mindset, good observer, good at putting together information and problem solving. So it is two separate points instead of one, feel free to mention her love of puzzles helps with this trait and she uses them to keep her mind sharp.

Also more detail on her other traits would be awesome, especially brave. Maybe mention things she had done, what her limits are? If jumping into things has ever got her into trouble ect ect.

Stupidity
Micah bravery can also get her into serious trouble. After all, there is a fine line between bravery and stupidity. Micah has more than once crossed such a line. Remember the atomic curry? It hurt as much coming out as it did going in, and that was a lot. And the huge problem she get herself into? Turns out it was a huge misunderstanding. Unfortunately she figured it out only after she’d brashly interrogated all responsible parties and made more than a few enemies. She doesn’t always think, and gets herself either in trouble or way in over her head.

Over Protective
Like it or not, Micah defends her friends. More often then not they tend not to want her to get involved. This leads to more than a few fights were all Micah can really do is sit back and be scolded, not wanting to wrong her friends any more than she already has. She also tends not to notice when her friend is in the wrong, so she ends up defending someone who has done wrong. This leads to a whole slew of problems, as one can imagine.

Headstrong
Micah’s mind works on a one track setting – once she has a problem or a riddle in mind she will focus on this until she is finished. No baby steps and no brakes. Because of this she tends to wear herself out if the situation is too complicated. She won’t even realize that she’s about to pass out. She’s bull headed enough to suffer through whatever illness or exhaustion is in her way. To further complicate things, Micah refuses to ask for help. She will do this herself or die trying. Because of this, when she either solves the problem or gives up from sheer exhaustion, she’ll end up with a severe headache at the very least.

On her over protective flaw maybe concentrate more on the fact her loyalties blind her from the truth, if she would do things that she knows are wrong to support her friends. It is a interesting trait especially if you go into how it might make her ignore her morals.
