"Genin" he said as he walked toward a log, he picked it up then threw it into the air "you think the rasengan was good.." doing the same with his right hand he formed the rasengan but instead he added wind chakra to make a ;arge spinning shuriken "Wind style, Rasen Shuriken" he threw the rasen shuriken at the log in the air, when it hit the shuriken spun fast causing a giant explosion as a giant sphere of chakra lit up the sky, when it dispersed the log had disappeared

"wow,such excellent use of wind style,if your gennin,your kage's a idiot for not making you a higher rank,the only person i knew with such capability would of been the 7th hokage((like 80 years ago))." Devon then remembered the battle he had with the 7th hokage 80 years ago Devon ran towards the wall to slash at the kages face,he dodged and tried to slash at devon,which he jumped out of the way,then the kage used fireball jutsu to push devon outside "you b*****d,i'll kill you with my twin kirin!!" Devon jumped back and kicked the kage out the way then used great fireball jutsu to make it thunder rain,the rain poured down devons face as did it to the kage ""why devon?,you know nobody is alive,its the pain of eternal life,but if you decide to throw your life away,i wont let you destroy your life!" The kage used kirin while devon used twin kirins then they had a fight of which kirin was winning,the blast exploded and killed the kage. Devon stood over him blankly then walked away. Suddenly devon looked back "I never met the 7th hokage,dont take it like that." devon laughed trying to hide his true self

Devon smiled "but dont think your the only one with tricks like that,i remember a technique that was actually strong enough to break the rasen-shuriken,i may not look it but im actually a high ranking ninja thats not from a village,i just travel around the world usually......" The kazekage used iron sand and nearly impaled devon,he dodged then used fireball ".....well lets say what i used to do is no more." Devon looked at his log. "I remember this technique it was something like this." suddenly the sky darkened and devon burst out into wolves and crows that ran away,then devon appeared behind sakura and the sky lightened "pretty cool eh? it lets me teleport to places....within a certain distance,it also acts as a substitution jutsu."

Devon's smile turned into a smirk "wanna have a friendly sparring match?" he said with his hands in his pocket,still with the unlighted cigar in his mouth "both or solo,if ya think you can keep up." Devon teased.

"sounds good to me" Kenji turned and faced Devon, he had more jutsu up his sleeve other than just rasengan and wanted to let loose

((sorry for late response)) Devon smirked heavily as the cigar in his hands burned with white flames "alright,lets do this." Devon said then a part of his hand turned to steel,he made a katana out of it,then his hand turned normal except for a piece that was in his right hand center,connected with a chain to the sword. "this should do." Devon started swinging it around on its chain that got longer when devon pulled.

"This should be interesting" Kenji made hand signs as he gathered saliva in his mouth, he spat out the saliva at Devon then made his last hand sign, using water particles in the air and the saliva he was able to cast the water dragon jutsu, the water dragon came from the spit and went straight at Devon with its mouth open to attack, the water particles had came together with the saliva and added to it to create the dragon, this technique of using water particles belonged to the second hokage

Devon looked at the saliva as he throw his sword up which changed into a wall where lots of kunais came out and attacked the dragon really dont understand how your still a genin. Devon added then said "Fortunately,you'd be a legendary hokage" Devon smirked then made the wall turn into a katana again and throw it at kenji,going for his stomach as the chain connected to devons right hand increased. Devon attacked but he was not expecting to make a attack rather,have him try and dodge

Kenji made another hand sign fast, a shadow clone appeared grabbing kenji by the arm and tossing him into to the right as another shadow clone appeared catching kenji "alright now to get serious!" he yelled as the clone tossed Kenji into the air and he made yet again the shadow clone hand sign "multi shadow clone jutsu!" 200 Shadow clones appeared in the air above Devon "your in for it now" 100 of the clones grabbed the other 100 clones and tossed them down with a lot of strength causing them to all fly down at high speed with their fists out to hit him with their fist

Devon looked at the on coming attacks "troublesome." he said then flashed with hand sighs "fire style:fireball dragon." Suddenly a fireball came out then formed into a dragon burning the clones coming to him but one manage to touch devon before being destroyed. Devons finger caught on fire. Devon cut off his finger and used steel release to grew back his finger then removed the steel and had his finger back. "I can regrew my limbs,except my torso and head,other than that,i can regrew it." Devon took note of the gennin "that technique isn't a gennin level technique. Are you sure your not lying about your rank?" Devon started to think he was lying,not believing a gennin with a jutsu like those can still be gennin

It was kenji who had landed the punch "yeah.... i am...." he said, he has used a lot of chakra with those jutsu but he still had plenty to spare "you haven't seen nothing yet!" he said with a smirk deciding to go on the defense for now

Devon looked "oh,is it my turn now?" Devon used shadow clone jutsu,he created 3 clones,the clones used steel release and devon turned them into liquid then devon pulled out some paper bombs and stuffed them inside. "water style:water spike jutsu!" Devon did hand signs then the steel liquid formed into one huge tendril that was going at the person with flaming paper bombs inside
