"Ahh.." normally, in college this would be the time to talk about his own family, maybe or a story about how his parents view his hair. Neither approach was one he wanted, and his eyes wandered to the clock... he had a little time left.
"Speaking of cool, want to meet my Flareon?" he tried to change the subject, off hair and family and on to something much safer. Something that didn't involve her reliving bad memories.

"Hmm? I think you're mixed up. A Flareon is hot, not cool. But sure." She knew what he meant, but the irony was something Luxury just could not pass up. She loved irony.
She was also happy to be on another subject. What on earth had possessed her to so casually talk about her past? A sneaking suspicion that this Agent had a psychic Pokemon playing with her snaked its way into her mind.
Trae's ears perked as she heard a familiar word. Veeeeee?~

He stuck the tip of his tongue out at her. "Fine, but I think you might agree with me when you see him." He pulled out a pokeball from his belt, and opened it.
On the floor next to them appeared a black flareon with a green ting on his mane and tail. He opened his black eyes and looked up, wagging his butt affectionately at his trainer. They had food, maybe they would give him food. He fluffed up his gas fur and gave them the best puppy dog eyes he could.
"Course not when he does that...."

Luxury couldn't hid a giggle, the Flareon was just too cute! No matter how one is raised, every girl in the world has an appreciation for cuteness. "Awwwww!" The grunt slipped him a bite of what she had now identified to be salisbury steak, cafeteria version. Of course, this caused Trae to flip out and she demanded a piece as sweetly as she could. No way was that other Pokemon stealing her spotlight! "Trea, behave." She slipped her a bite as well, and reached down to pet the Flareon. "He have a nickname?"

Sebastian happily took a bite. "Flar!" he wiggled his butt even more.
Panther set his fork down, having cleared his plate and picked the eevee up off the table and set her next to the flareon. "Go make friends. he's a dork, but he's nice." he patted the eevee. "Yeah, he's cool looking though. I think the test turned out pretty good. Other then his habit of walking into walls."
Sebastian glanced at the other pokemon. "Flare?"

"Walking into walls?" Luxury wasn't entirely sure she wanted to know.
Trae looked at the Flareon for a second, then bumped her head against him in a friendly manner. Veee! Eee eeveee!
"Well see there, Trae? He's not so bad, huh?" Smiling a little, she cleared her own plate and reached down to pet them both.

"Yeah, his father is a haunter. His name is Sebastian." He grabbed he fork once again, fiddling with it, and then balancing it on his nose, looking into the air. "I thinks his father is trying to teach him to be a ghost. But it doesn't work too well."
Sebastian smiled at the eevee and licked her ear in a friendly manner.

Luxury smiled a bit at the silly balancing act, then quickly wiped it from her face. "Wow. That certainly explains the oddness." she nodded, looking at the two critters between them. Trae squeaked and pawed at Sebastian's ear in return. "I don't have a clue about Trae, but she seems to behave normally enough. Well, aside from blind bravery that's gonna get the little s**t killed one day." While proud, that stunt did worry her. Not all foes will be nice like Panther.
"So what are you doing after this?" The words came tumbling out before she could stop them, and the grunt would have gladly stepped in front of a bullet for that one. Luckily, they came out sounding board. This boy did NOT need any fresh ideas. Mr. Stranger Danger.

"Bravery is a good thing."
Sebastian stared at her and then wiggles his tail dropping down before jumping on her, the force enough to send them both off the bench.
"After this? I'm going to go play with helicopters. I mean... flight lessons yeah, that's what they are called....something like that." he shrugged. "it's really mostly simulations, rather boring. but we do enough raids that require them, I guess they want to have several people around who can fly the damn things. Would suck if the only one who could fly it got killed and then everyone else got stuck."

The grunt wasn't sure whether she felt relieved or kind of sad. Did she really hope he would say something they could do together? ... Nah. How goofy was that? Luxury was alone. Always alone. By choice. Her choice. She didn't do friend things. Not ever. Ever.
"Sounds... scary. I don't like flying... Well, the heights don't scare me, its the..." She shuddered, her voice becoming small. "The fall..." Brief images of the ground rushing up at her flashed through her brain and she suddenly felt sick. "Y-yeah, the only flight-savy person being killed would suck..." Luxury hoped she wasn't turning green around the edges like Sebastian.
With a squeak, Trae had tumbled to the ground with the Flareon and oh-so-savagely attacked his tail, cute little growls and all. It was so fun to find a playmate! And a silly one, at that!

"ahhh, well, I'm with you on it being slightly scary. I'm not even afraid of the fall, it's more the splat at the end." he chuckled. "I like being in control of the helicopter though. It's nice to know that we aren't going to die mid air." he glanced at the two wrestling on the ground, wondering if the eevee was going to dominate his flareon. It was a possibility. Sebastian was not the most aggressive flareon out there.
Sebastian's tail was mostly fluff. Much like a mass of gas, except it was one that ticked the nose and wiggled about. He didn't even realize what was happening till she managed to grab a bit of his flesh and he let out a yelp that ended in a small puff of black smoke coming out of his mouth. "veeee!"

Splat. Luxury visibly cringed at the word. "Mm-hm," Was all she could manage, and she decided to concentrate on the two puff balls rolling around their feet.
Trae jumped at Sebastian's yelp, not at all meaning to hurt him. Oops. The Eevee fell back on her own tail, looking wide-eyed at the Flareon, then eeeeeeased over to his tail and gave it a tiny lick of apology.

"Hey, you aren't really that afraid of flying are you?" he gave her a glance, suddenly turning serious.
Sebastian stared at her and then wiggled, pouncing on top of her again. "Flare!" he nibbled on her ear, nomming on it.

"N-no, it's not the flying, exactly... It's the hurtling though the air at ungodly speeds with nothing between me and the -gulp- ground." Luxury took a shuddering breath. What on earth was wrong with her?! Why was she telling this male she just met about one of her biggest fears? Suddenly she decided she hated Panther. How dare he probe into her life!
But, they're pokemon were getting along...
The eevee squeaked again, flailing her tail wildly trying to tickle Sebastian's nose. "Veeeeeee!"

He sensed some tension in her. "Ahh, well, we use flying a lot as an excape route." he frowned thinking deeply a moment. "During a raid a while back, if I hadn't had a pidgeot, one of the agents might have died. I'm just saying that if you are afraid of flying, it could cause problems during a raid, when it counts most." he perked up a little bit, trying to cheer her up. "though you proably won't have that problem if it's just a fear of falling."
Sebastion let go of the ear and made a face and then sneezed. oblivious to the serous turn his master took.
