"When the humans step out, we can have our pick of different foods." Haru said, head tilting. "Around noon they all go out to have a break where they put some stick in their mouth. All of them." He nodded at this, climbing up the stairs of the basement and pressing his paw against the slightly ajar door. Humans were hustling about, and as he predicated, ready dishes were on the counter.
"See, we can grab and run." He said, nodding. "Some are in bags!"

Ceri waited till the humans left and stuck the aweful smelling sticks in their mouth. She darted from the hiding place and scooped up the bags with her mouth. With the Adrenaline Ceri became daring and darted toward the humans. She bounded over them and ran toward the alley.

Haru, amused, grabbed one single bag and darted after Ceri. However, when she leapt over the humans he skidded to a stop. The humans had dropped their sticks and were moving to chase after her. s**t! Quickly, he dashed to the nearby trash-cans, slamming his tail into them so that the cans fell into the humans way. The humans tripped over them as Ceri and Haru made their get-away/

Ceri had no idea the humans were chasing her, that is, until the trash cans fell over and she saw Haru make his escape. Ceri didn't stop running till she made it back to the park, which was luckily not to far away. She let the bags down and caught her breath and waited for Haru. "I know somewhere we can eat in peace." She wagged her tail happily, her stomach growled from the smells.

Haru glanced at Ceri, tail flicking to the side before humming to himself. "Sure." He hummed, watching behind her to make sure that the humans had not come back. He turned to eye her, fixing his grip on his bags before looking over at the female, once more scanning the alley behind them. Nudging her, he attempted to get her moving to find so he could stop watching for humans.

"Okay Okay!" Ceri giggled and nuzzled Haru. "Lets go."She smiled and picked up the back again and lead Haru through the park. There was a lake near the park that was pretty peaceful. She took her time to somewhat tease Haru to where they were going. She caught sight of the lake and trotted over. "Is this spot ok with you?"

Haru followed Ceri, tail flicking to the side and humming to himself once more as he eyed the beautiful vixen. He was patient when she teased, moving to the side and setting his bag down when she finally picked a spot, motioning for her to sit beside him.

Ceri giggled and sat next to Haru. She placed her bag down and took out the white Styrofoam boxes. She took a whiff f them and nearly drooled. She nudged the boxes at Haru. "I'll eat almost anything, so go ahead and take your pick." She smiled at Haru, waiting for him to take his pick.

Haru sniffed the boxes, flipping one that smelled rather spicy and grabbed a strand of the food, nibbling on it before humming in appreciation. He pulled that box to him, flopping down on his stomach, and looked up at Ceri.
"Sweet or spicy?"

Ceri licked her lips. "I like spicy~ Exept for that green stuff... its hot. Not Spicy." She plopped down next to Haru and looked over at his selection. "How is it?" She pulled a box to her and opened it. It was one of her favorite dished.

Haru smirked at his little vixen, tail flicking in amusement. "I like a girl that can eat spice." He hummed, smirking at her, then horror struck his face, paling. "D-don't think anything funny by that, girl." He huffed quickly, shoving food into his face quickly, pretending he hadn't just admitted to basically liking Ceri.
Oh hell no.
He was not going to give in. Nope. No. Though, if anyone took her he'd be....angry. Truthfully.

Ceri only giggled and he stuffed his face into the food. "It's a good thing you do~" She always found it funny how Haru avoided admitting he liked her. At least she thought he liked her. A small frown came to Ceri's face and she ate some food to hide it. If he did like me... wouldn't he just come out and say it? As she ate Ceri kept an eye on Haru.

Haru caught the look, eyes flicking to glance at her. He focused on his food instead, blocking her from his thoughts. Really, what was he doing with her? She was far to pretty for him, even if she was neutral colors. That didn't matter. She was gorgeous. And sweet, and kind. But, he knew better then to get involved. He didn't want to repeat Doci. He didn't want to go through that ever again.
"What?" He couldn't take her staring anymore. He turned to look at her, considering suddenly blurting out something cruel, but kept it shut. Why was he feeling hostile more and more towards her? No, he knew why.
Because he knew she would grow bored soon.

Ceri smiled at Haru. "You have a little something." She pointed it out on her own face and giggled. Her own food was finished and she was full. She yawned and leaned against Haru. "It's nice out." She closes her eyes and nuzzled Haru's side. Ceri loved Haru and his company, he made her smile.

Haru licked his face clean, smirking at the vixen until she snuggled into him. What was she doing? That...that.... that bold vixen! He wanted to push her away, wanted to tell her to stop playing this damn game with him, but instead he let her snuggle close. He wanted this contact, even if she could never truly love him . He was fine with this by now. He was just lucky to have her with him, cuddling against him with Thai food in-front of them.
"Yea, I suppose."
