Celestia watched Karl pull Skylight out, she was so beautiful "Karl, can I ask you a personal question?" she asked

"That would depend on the question," he said pulling out Skylight's saddle and bridle. He begun buckling the saddle into place.

Karl looked at the princess coldly.. "Before I coming here, I used to be a prince." He said turning away. "My father and your father fought for my kingdom, and your father took over. My family and I were forced to live as peasants and servants to your father.'

Celestia eyes's widened as tears fell "I'm so sorry Karl, I had no idea....I'm sorry. I'll get out of your hair, you don't have to teach me" she turned around shocked that he was a prince of one the kingdoms her father conquered. I'm gonna have a talk with my dad about this, he had a home and my father took it away from him and his father "I hate him!"

Karl pulled her back. "Its alright Princess. Dont let past events stop your future. You asked me to teach you and I will do as you ask. That's what I am here for." He bowed and lead her to Skylight. "Put your foot in the stirrup and pull yourself into the saddle."

Celestia smiled "Okay" she slipped off her high heels and slipped her foot in the stirrup then she pulled herself up onto the saddle "Don't I have to ride side saddle because I'm wearing a dress?"

"Yes." he chuckled. "Bit its easier to ride normally." He pulled out a box and took out a wooden leg and slipped it onto the saddle. "What this does, is it makes it look like you can ride side saddle. Slip your dress over the leg and put a laced boot on it. Like this." He showed her.

Celestia slipped her dress over the wooden leg and put a laced boot on it just like Karl said. "It's so complicated" she whined

karl led her and the horse outside and tught her how to command the horse and how to take care of it, and how to tell the horse when to move and to where.

After a while Celestia got off the horse and hugged him "Thank you Karl, I like horseback riding much more now" she kissed him "Thank you, see you tomorrow" she smiled

Karl bowed slightly and took the horse back inside the stable. He was rather surprised when she'd kissed him. To be naive and young, he thought chuckling to himself.
