Date: 3 - 31 - 11
Breakfast: medium apple (80cals) coffee (~35cals)
Lunch: Chicken and Veggies
Snack: cheerios & 8 melbatoast crackers
Dinner: A little bit of chicken, potatoes, and carrots sauteed in chicken broth. Had an orange for dessert.
Calorie Total:
Water: 40ozs
Excersize: Bike ride, calanetics
Weight: 233lbs (first weigh in)
Comments: I've never been 233 lbs before... jeez I won't ever let this happen again. On the bright side, I enjoy cooking fresh meats and veggies and having to be on my feet all day rather than waiting to pop the next freezer meal in the microwave.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been updating, there's been a mix of always busy and the net randomly going out when I finally can do anything. I'll put up yesterday's Vlog. I lost about 2 pounds, but I think the constant exercise (using my bike to go a million miles to everywhere everyday) and my cycle have skewed it quite a bit. I can feel everything below the belt tightening up-- my legs especially. It's nice to have some sort of muscle again and be able to bike into town
