I'm currently being hypnotized by a recording of the Texas Christian University's Wind Ensemble playing John Mackey's "Asphalt Cocktail."
I would highly advise all of you to check this head-rush of a piece over at Youtube or anywhere you can find a decent recording.
(Band geeks... yeah we rock.)
Also, John Mackey's "Strange Humors," is pretty bad-a**.
