Lol I can't get this to work in a decent way. I tried the sock bun method and the next morning, it doesn't look like curls so much as I have lots of random kinks in my hair.
Although I've found that if I only leave it in for 20 mins or so, it just gives a nice flick to the end of my layers.

Vitamin Crack Lol I can't get this to work in a decent way. I tried the sock bun method and the next morning, it doesn't look like curls so much as I have lots of random kinks in my hair. Although I've found that if I only leave it in for 20 mins or so, it just gives a nice flick to the end of my layers. I see the flick thing on my hair too, which is pretty cute! I like to tie my hair up in a bun after I release it from the sock (after those pictures), and it sort of dies it down and makes it more wavy-ish which I love. It also looks better the next day. :D I hope you find a method that works more decently! The channel of the girl Enny posted about the full sock curls has other videos for no heat curling that may work better for you! I actually liked her french-twist waves -- those worked out really well, but my hair wouldn't keep the twist. @_@
