Fine by me. I think the world is pretty similar to ours but there's always dye and contacts and whatever. If you want to go nuts with the colors though, I really don't mind.

Ooh. Okay then. I'll just ask away here I guess.
So this is supposed to be ongoing, yes? How should we be approaching things? However you choose to alter your character, it probably takes them months or years to do it, unless you want to go the Dr. Franklin's Island (Ann Halam) route, where the change is all done through injections and happens gradually, possibly even after he's been rescued.
I need to know how long he's been missing and a name would be helpful.
And where do we go once Tithe saves him? Should he drop your character back in his (your character's) house - which probably leaves him with the question of how the hell did this guy know where to take me?! - and then take off? Should he take him back to his (Tithe's) place and he's kinda stuck there for awhile - either because he needs to recover or the people that took him in the first place are looking for him and it's not safe or Tithe's just not letting him leave... lot's of possibilities. XD

I suppose we start off with a basic map of him.
Name: Tobin Michaels
Eye: Green
Hair: Dark Brown
Body type: Slender
Height: Average
I believe it could take long enough for them to atleast start or get mostly thorough their experiments on him, I mean, If your guy's been keeping tabs on him he would have noticed after the first few months that he had gone missing, and spent the next few combing different facilites nearby?
And he'll probably be damaged and weak from spending most of his time in a vat of liquids or on a table. So I suggest taking him home to recup.
And yes, definitely ongoing...unless you get bored
